Two weeks after and I still have not heard back. I believe in professionalism when dealing with client and fulfilling you word to those clients. This company obvious does not have the same opinion of professionalism for its potential clients.

I will say their receptionists were great at the initial booking for an estimator to come out. I had to reschedule once due to a work conflict. The estimator was able to come out and take a look at our master bathroom. They had asked what my budget was which I explained was $25K- I understand what I asked for was more than this and they were vocal about that. I asked them to prepare two quotes for me: one for the complete master remodel and then one for the master along with the hall bathroom so I could compare and save up more money. My estimator let me know since it was close to NYE the office would follow up on the 5th to provide me with a quote. The 5th comes around and I don't hear anything back- no worries. I called that Wednesday and the receptionist informed me they were still working on the quote and asked if I could come down in person to review the estimate bc it can be "overwhelming". Understandable, as a sales person myself I would want the client in person to explain and talk numbers to get the project going- I booked a time for Jan 14 to go down in person. Since I am a working mom, I had meetings that overlapped with this last minute and called on the 13th to ask if they would be willing to go over the quote with me via zoom or virtual bc I couldn't leave work. They said they don't usually do that but that they'd talk to my estimator and get back to me the next day. Wednesday the 14th comes around and they called me at 2:11 to say they don't provide quotes over the phone and tried to rebook me to come down in person. I politely declined. If I'm being honest I feel like they didn't even bother to try to accommodate me with the virtual request. If that's your policy then fine but I will say it's hard for a working mom to schedule time during work hours and I wish you would offer options to work with a prospective client.

Our experience with Trademark and Brent was extremely disappointing and costly. What started as a renovation project quickly turned into months of frustration, delays, and poor workmanship. The timeline that was originally discussed stretched three to four months beyond expectations, and throughout the process communication and accountability were very poor. Shortly after their team completed parts of the work, we discovered a pipe leak because the connection had been left unsecured. This caused water damage that we had to address ourselves. In addition, the HVAC system had not been connected correctly, yet the air-conditioning had been left running. As a result, we paid extremely high energy bills due to the wasted electricity, and despite repeatedly asking Brent to return and inspect the problem, he never personally came back to fix it. Instead, he kept sending different subcontractors we had never met and who were not properly supervised. Many of them arrived late in the evening, and communication was extremely difficult because they did not speak English, which made it very hard to discuss the work being done in our property. During the project, workers frequently failed to show up as scheduled or left materials and tools behind without completing the job. The overall quality of the work was unacceptable. We had broken baseboards, poorly done grout, paint splashed across surrounding walls and surfaces, and an overall lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. Even the toilet installation was faulty from day one, and the flush never worked correctly. We had to hire another professional to repair it. When we asked that these issues be corrected under the contractor's warranty, we were told we would have to pay again, even though the problems resulted from the original poor workmanship. Every step of this project was stressful and frustrating. The lack of professionalism, poor supervision of subcontractors, and refusal to take responsibility for the quality of the work made this a horrible experience. This project cost us a significant amount of money and left us with multiple repairs that should never have been necessary. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before hiring this company. We will be posting photos of the work to document the issues we encountered, and we are considering legal action because the terms of the contract were not fulfilled.
