They keep saying their billing department will get it fixed... then they don't. Also, when I first started seeing a counselor here, they were unable to tell me the cost. I finally got an estimate, and then several months later received the first bill which was for a significantly higher amount than I had been given. I'd already had several appointments by this time and then was suddenly out a lot more money than expected. The therapists don't do prescriptions, and they don't tell you that there is a completely separate (and very high) charge for the brief meeting with the person who does prescriptions. If you need to make a change or get a refill - you guessed it, it's another full charge for a visit. I tried to reach them via the chat on their website - they have you go through a bunch of hoops, provide your name and number and address, and then... a message that nobody is available and you have to call. After waiting on hold for a while, the phone just went to a voicemail and said they will call me back. SURE they will. What if I was having an actual mental health crisis? I hate to say this but the skills of the counselors don't matter when my entire interaction with the company is causing me massive anxiety and financial challenges. I am now worse off than before I started seeing anybody here and completely regret the entire experience.

I had NEVER had a positive experience in inpatient at any hospital until someone recommended Brylin. The doctors, the therapists, the social workers, the aides and paraprofessional staff, the nurses - every single one of them helpful, understanding, supportive and, most importantly, this team will do whatever it takes to get every patient the care and the assistance they need to succeed in the outside world.

Both locations are new and modern and there is a pharmacy on-site at both which is handy. When I forget to pick up an important Rx, I usually get a friendly phone call and they drop it off to me. The practitioners and staff are on the younger side and have fresh attitudes instead of former doctors that were old and just grinding out the same old thing. The whole experience feels more modern and patient focused. The Evergreen Health approach is open to all types of people and I live seeing people from the LGBT+ community there, but the atmosphere is inclusive and "traditional" families are equally at home. Imo, every practice should serve the full spectrum of a neighborhood's population. The care is top notch. I see that there are some negative reviews here ...and I have to say that it seems that there is more to the story than the person is telling... Like were they non+compliant with Rx or doctors orders or is there a behavioral problem? I recommend the practice to everyone that I know and I honestly believe that it is the best healthcare choice in our area

They always verify with me if it is ok to text, mail, leave a voicemail. I appreciate that. I have been a long time patient of Evergreen and do not trust my care with anyone else. From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more. To say that it is an amazing piece of architecture is underwhelming. It is simply breathtaking. And, it is all of those things you expect to feel from it: eery, spooky, intriguing, mysterious and glamorous. It's almost like stepping into the pages of a thriller novel. A must-visit in Buffalo!

How Hollywood hasn't found it for a scary backdrop, I don't know.
