Came here with a group of friends to pick apples and they charge by the size box you select rather than weight. Complete money grab- my fiancé and I picked the box recommended for 2 people and it was $10.99- which only equated to about 12 apples. As stated in most of these reviews the apple types are not clearly marked when in the orchard so there's a lot of wandering around aimlessly. Tons of food choices whether in the store or at the concession stands. The prepared food was food you would find at a carnival. I honestly wasn't expecting so many options and we opted for some kettle chips, roasted corn on the cobb, cider and cider donuts. Overall we had an okay time but I'm not rushing back. If you are coming to Linvilla Orchards on a nice weekend in October then you would be wise to come up with a game plan. I'll give you some pointers. 1.) MOST IMPORTANT: MAKE A PLAN FOR AN EASY EXIT. You can do this by going in the opposite direction that everyone else is going. On the busiest days, I recommend parking on Spring Valley Road. This way you won't get trapped in gridlock every place else. I also recommend you research on Google Maps how to get here without using Knowlton Road. (I have seen Knowlton Road backed up to Route 352, and that is no fun.) When it is time to go, just head deeper into the residential neighborhood and find your way to Mt. Alverno Road. From there you can make your way leftwards to get to Route 452 or rightward to head towards Route 352. Everybody else that didn't make these preparations will be sitting in traffic for a long time. Meanwhile, you will be high-fiving your crew as you effortlessly drive away from the traffic mayhem. (You're welcome.) 2.) HAVE A RESTROOM PLAN. The main restroom area is guaranteed to have a long line on the busy days. But there are other port-o-potties that probably will have little to no line at all. If you know that somebody with you isn't going to be able to hold it, then the first thing you should do after arriving is map out where the away-from-the-crowd toilets are so you know straight where to go when the moment arrives. Also, with these kinds of crowds, I wouldn't count on the toilets having toilet paper available. An alternative for those who can't hold it is just to wear a diaper. Then you don't have to worry about lines. 3.) DON'T FORGET YOUR CAMERA. Also, don't forget to make sure your battery power is good. Linvilla Orchards is great for selfies and family portraits. There are many great photo scenes here that can be captured for free. 4.) TICK PRECAUTIONS. If you are going into the corn maze or the apple fields, make sure you and your people do a thorough check for ticks after the excursion. (This is important.) 5.) BRING CASH. It might be a good idea to bring cash. I have the impression that some things here are cash only. 6.) COOL STUFF: You gotta check-out the high velocity apple cannons. The shooting range is behind the straw maze. I didn't try it, but it looks like a ton of fun. It's $4 for 5 apples or $15 for 20 apples. Ear plugs are included with your purchase. One thing that surprises me here is they charge you to enter the apple fields. It's 6 bucks per person. Though they will take $5 of that off your pick-your-own apple purchase. (It's also $1 for the box.) Well, at least they don't charge for parking... (yet). Finally, be mindful with your driving. When it is busy here, people are everywhere INCLUDING LOTS OF LITTLE KIDS. Pay very close attention when they ring up your pumpkins, I had 5 different kinds marked $0.79-0.99/lb and ended up getting charged their highest price ($1.59/lb) because the kid at the register either didn't know what kinds they were or was too lazy to care. It's hard to allow myself to enjoy the food, attractions, or available services here when I just learned that they have been cited for multiple violations of the Animal Welfare Act. Until this is addressed or the petting zoo is eliminated I will be hard pressed to trust someone with my food that believes unsanitary water and inhospitable conditions for their animals is acceptable. There was trash and litter everywhere! It's sad, my daughter was so excited to come to the pumpkin patch. We left early because it was filthy and reeked like trash and dirty livestock. This review is for the "Pick Your Own" activity. Honestly, it's a cute date spot, but it's pretty pricey. The process begins with a $6 entrance fee per person. Then you must decide which fruit you want to pick that day and then get on the right wagon to take you to the correct fruit destination. My partner and I decided to go with peaches and they had tree areas for yellow peaches and white peaches. Be mindful about how much you pick because you will pay for what's in your box by the pound. You take a wagon ride back to the main area and they weigh your box there. We also ended up eating there because we got pretty hungry. The food at their stand is the generic burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, and fries - but they are movie theatre prices. 1 hot dog, 1 chicken sandwich, fries, and 2 drinks cost us $20. Overall, we spent about $60 for our entire day. It was a fun day, but I'm not sure that it was worth $60. read more

My daughter ran around the mini golf course as if it were an obstacle course, yes she's still a bit too young for this, but it was so much fun buying locla produce and feeding it to the goats, sheep and geese and ducks in the back of the farm! This was SUCH a fun time. Did the "witches hayride" which was perfect for my 5 year old twins. There is a large playground area (bring $1 in cash, for the honor system), a huge market with delicious syrups and jams and cakes and everything! And of course the incredible flowers and pumpkins. This is fall central!! There were huge dolls and various things along the hayride entrance. We did 7:15 which was perfect to enter the forest right at sundown. The witches gave some cookies and told some jokes then it was back to the farm for some free marshmallows to roast over the fire and cider! Been coming here for the last decade or so and still enjoy walking around, seeing the animals, and just being able to get out for the day. We just don't buy or do any activities any more. The prices have gotten a little ridiculous. Linvilla is about twice the price of every other pick your own in the area. It used to be great when their stuff was by the pound (for a while cheaper and then eventually comparable to the grocery store price) and you payed $5 for the ride into the field which could then be applied to the cost of what you picked. Not that it was a deal, they made it up by pricing the pick your own stuff a dollar more a pound than the same stuff they picked themselves and sold in their farm store. We used to pick flats of berries and bushels of apples, peaches, etc. This year it was $11 if you purchased in advance otherwise $13 per person to pick strawberries (every person who went into the field had to pay) and that got you a single container. Last year it was $9 so about a 22% increase. Each container holds about 12-15 strawberries, which is almost a dollar a strawberry, and are easily filled in about 5 minutes. The previous fall it was the same with apples. The bag we were given was big enough for like 6 apples and it's just as expensive. The more popular they get (crowds for events and festivals are more than double what they were just 3+ years ago) the more they seem to jack up their prices. Go for the environment, the playground is large and great for burning off the kids energy and I guess is worth it at a dollar a person, and during events they have someone assigned to the entrance to make sure you pay. But if you're looking for pick your own then check out one of the other 2-3 of farms in the area. All of the others are still reasonable prices per pound and tractor rides into the fields when necessary are free. read more

Linvilla is a delightful fall activity! Pick all sorts of produce (apples, peaches, pears, corn, tomatoes, peppers, and more!). Wander through cornfields in the crisp autumn air. Satisfy your sweet tooth with some apple cider doughnuts, or get a bratwurst if you want something more hearty. Find a pumpkin to take home and carve. And if you have little ones, take them to the play area for fall games they're sure to enjoy. It was so refreshing to come here and take part in it all. The produce picking was a bit pricey ($40 for a box), but the boxes are big, so it's best to bring a group and split it. And know that seasonality determines what will be available to pick, so keep that in mind if there's something very specific that you want. Overall a wonderful fall adventure. Animal cruelty! Hope they shut it down. The condition in which your chickens were in on April 25th was horrific! They were desperately searching for food, as the only food they seem to get is one's in which customers buy. Which was not available for purpose this day. They were frantically searching like they havent eaten in days. Because of starvation, they clearly have been plucking each other to death, literally. There were multiple chickens with large patches and raw skin exposed. I saw at least 2 struggle to stand and get pluked at by other chickens as it laid their defenseless! It was terrible. I tried to tell a staff and they did nothing. Just looked at me like I shouldn't be concerned about the life of a chicken. You keep them locked up and under fed, so they are attacking and killing each other. Shame on you! And the goats looked malnourished. The chickens had irritated bald spots which I suspect were either from fights or stress-induced feather plucking. The goats had matted or sparse fur. All of the animals seemed to lack access to clean water as well as a proper diet. I wish I got to see more of this place it was insanely overwhelming crowded and poorly marked for driving it was very very stressful trying to leave with so many people walking in the middle of the road. It took 30-45 minutes to get through the lines for the attractions, I wish I got to actually enjoy it but it was so packed I just had time to get donuts and leave. If you go make sure you're not an anxious driver and that you like huge crowds, it didn't feel very covid safe. It's a gorgeous area though I'd love to try another time of year read more

I went to Linvilla to eat some apple cider donuts and drink hard cider, which I did do, but not without being completely overwhelmed and disappointed in their ability to control the amount of visitors on the orchard. It was so crowded. Do not go here if you are worried about the pandemic. No one was social distancing. People were not wearing masks correctly. It was very overwhelming and, quite frankly, dangerous. The cider and donuts were very good but I felt like I couldn't enjoy them because people were not staying 6 feet away from me. When I say it was way too crowded, I am not exaggerating. It was as if the pandemic wasn't even considered. A suggestion: limit the amount of people who can enter. Have a set number of parking passes per day and time and make people pay to enter. I would have no problem having to reverse a time and pay a small fee if it meant that I would feel at ease and less panicked about the pandemic. read more

Face painting, pony rides, hay rides, live band music, birthday parties, donuts, amazing pies, pastries and food for sale and huge area with benches to sit down for a bite. By chance the day I decided to hunt for pumpkins a craft fair was going on. So parking was a little intense but they had plenty and even someone guiding traffic. I found a cart and walked to the pumpkin area of this place. . . YES, this place is huge and fantastic . Below you'll see the pumpkin area, where I found black, yellow, white ,and orange pumpkins. There are other gourds and squash as well. Some cute photo op areas too. There is also an indoor garden area with decor and plants. Very well made cute stuff in there, very seasonal. When you walk back outside to the right there were food venders with pickles , cotton candy , varieties of popcorn and nuts. A delicious cherry limeade is a must try , GET THE BIG CUP. Because of the fair I was lucky to bump into a all natural, women owned soap company , I bought 4 bars . They all smelled so GOOD , had lots of color and even some glitter. ANDDDD lets not forget all natural I mean "would you lather". . I will deff be visiting again and recommended to anyone who asks. read more

Linvilla is our usual Pennsylvania spot for apple picking, and this year was no exception. I do miss Jersey farms for PYO fruit, but Linvilla is a great option in this area! When you enter the apple picking area, you will be charged $5/person and receive a wooden token. When you return from picking to check out, you will be refunded the $5 as long as you give them the token back. This $5 "deposit" can also go towards the cost of any apples you pick. For fall 2018, you will receive a cardboard box with a line in the center. If you fill below the line, you will be charged a weight-based price of $2.99 per pound, regardless of variety. If you fill the box past the line, you will be charged a flat rate for the full box. If you have a few apples over the line, you might as well fill the whole box because you're going to be charged for it! Something that was new to me this year was a short wagon ride out to the apple orchards that were further away from the check-in area. Last year I remember we had to walk quite a ways to get down to some of these. I thought the wagon ride was fun and also good for those who have mobility issues. Heads up though, there is still a bit of walking on uneven terrain if you want to do this activity. Some apple varieties available on our recent trip included Red Delicious, Snap Stayman, Aztec Fuji, Cameo, Golden Delicious, and Mutsu. I think Linvilla has a great selection to choose from. After apple picking, we took a walk around the beer garden (also new - didn't see this last year), the wine tasting area, and the food stands. I highly recommend checking out the wine stand as they have some tasty ciders for tasting and purchase by the glass or bottle. We also picked up a half dozen apple cider donuts, but I wasn't too impressed by them. While the texture was great (soft and warm - fresh from the fryer), the apple cider flavor was lacking. They were more like plain donuts with a light coating of cinnamon sugar. Check out the grocery and home items stores while you're here. We picked up some cute fall decor, fresh apple cider, and a bag of Macoun apples since these are a household favorite and weren't available for picking. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the bagged Macouns - they had a mealy texture. I'd stick with the fresh-picked apples next time. Before leaving we tried out some of the fall games. These were so fun! First we played the pumpkin ring toss. The rings were 10/$1 and if you got a ring on one of the mini-pumpkin stems, you would win that mini pumpkin :) I won a cute white one. We also tried the apple slingshot which I had never done before. I like that they find a creative use for the bad apples from picking! Don't write the games off as children's-only activities (although the kids seemed to love them too) - they're fun for all ages! Two notes: -Most checkout/payment areas for attractions and purchases have a $5 minimum for credit cards. -There are tons of bees around everywhere in the fall. This is to be expected because it's an orchard, but fair warning to those like me that have a terrible fear of them. Met some friends at Linvilla yesterday around noon. I was SHOCKED by the crowd. They required masks, which Is nice, but completely negated by the sheer mass of people. We got to the entrance, and quickly left because we didn't feel safe. I later saw that they shut down timed ticketing due to reaching capacity around 3pm, and the thought that they let even more people in after we left horrified me. I can't even give a fair rating on the place, because I didn't even get to go in. Don't expect to go and experience safe social distancing. read more

I headed to Linvilla Orchards last weekend with my mom. Yes, I'm 25 years old. And yes, my mom is even older. But we ended up having a blast. I apparently used to go to Linvilla Orchards when I was younger, but I don't really remember much besides drinking apple cider and a hayride. We decided to go this year because we wanted to buy a big pumpkin to carve and get some apple pie. But, we ended up staying all day! It was a bit stressful finding a parking spot, but we finally got one. We then walked around and looked at all the pumpkins. There was a guy carving pumpkins, and also a few guys from Cirque du Soleil juggling in advertisement of their upcoming new show. They had lots of Halloween decorations that were cute to look at. We then went on a hayride, which was $6 each. The hayride cute, and took us on a long tour of the Orchard. The scenery was gorgeous. The hay was a tiny bit itchy, so don't wear a skirt (like I did). We then decided to hit up some of the games. We played the pumpkin ring toss- and lost quickly- but at only $1 for 5 or 6 rings, it was worth it. Then we paid $5 for a huge bucket of apples and stood in a very long line for apple sling. Which was probably one of the highlights of the day. You basically put your apples in a big sling and fly them at targets, in a little area they have set up. The apples are rotten and smell kinda bad, but it was still a blast. Definitely a bit of a wait, though. After that, we headed to the corn maze ($5 each). Which was much larger than it looked from above. About 3/4 in, we got annoyed and tried to escape out the side (a path was already beaten down). We then realized we would have to walk all the way around, so we headed back in and cheated by following already-broken-down paths that cut straight to the end. We still felt smart when finishing, though, even though we cheated. And we were in the company of another family or two who were doing the same thing as us :-) We also ate some delicious caramel-chocolate apples, and bought some cider (delicious) and some apple pie (even more delicious). I could see how the day could get expensive or stressful with a few kids in tow, but overall I had a lot of fun. I'd definitely go back next year for a fun fall day! read more

I'm giving 5 stars for our experience yesterday at Bunnyland. My kids loved riding the hayride to Bunnyland. The hayride was right on time and there were only a few families so there was plenty of room to social distance. It was a super cute set up once you got to Bunnyland and they gave out candy bags. The Easter bunny walked around the wagon to get pictures with the kids. My kids are also super excited that the playground is open again. Linvilla Orchards has grown (and grown and grown) over the decades. Go at the right time and it can be quaint strolling through the farmers market, pumpkin land and garden center or feeding some llamas and goats, etc. On the wrong day, say a weekend in mid-October, you may as well be in a shopping mall right before Christmas in 1990. Crushing crowds, screaming kids and little ambience. They also sell high quality and high priced Christmas trees, both pre-cut and cut-your-own. A 7-8' tree was going for $150-ish when I visited. The cut-your-owns were a flat-fee of $100 - plus approximately $2 per person for the 5-minute hayride to the field. Saws are provided and they will trim, bundle and tie it to your roof when you bring it back from the field. Don't forget to make your appointment ahead of time on the Linvilla website. You pick a day and time slot and pay for the hayride(s) up front. Then meet the tractor at your designated time near the garden center and Christmas tree lot. The fields are filled with beautiful trees. Unfortunately, most of them are the exact same size, from 5.5 to 6.5 feet. I walked all the fields and found zero over 7, unless you count one or two random branches shooting from the top. I came up empty for the tree - but would have grabbed a perfect one in the lot if money were no object. I left with coffee, apple cider donuts and 5,000 steps on my fitness tracker. Be sure to bring a little cash to tip your tractor driver and person who bundles your tree. To summarize: Great farmers market, pies, desserts, produce, ciders and beer (according to signage). Fun little zoo for kids. Great hayrides, apple picking, pumpkins and Halloween scenery in the fall. Tree-cutting is pricey but fun. Good place to go on weekdays. Avoid on weekends during the holiday season unless you are there first thing. Prepare to spend lots of cash. People like to rip on Linvilla for how commercialized and crowded it's become but to me it's a very successful business in an area with very few alternatives. read more

This review has more to do with the staff they hire and tolerate than the products and other environment. So otherwise it would be a 3-4 star. I bought a couple small items, small potatoes (literally), and some marked down plums. When I went to check out there were two sides to the outside station, with the right side seeming backed up. The left side had a young female african american but she didn't say she was open. She seemed to take a minute or so longer and I wasn't sure what she was doing, so I didn't make an effort to go to her side of the line. Out of respect. So she finally says "You can come over". I go over and hand my items, making small talk with she made no response to. You can tell when someone is being unfriendly to you, but you don't always know why. So I got my total. I paid and walked around. I then saw the receipt,.which is very small and not good readable quality. It showed the I had bought corn at 3.99 and the potatoes. I didn't buy corn, but 3.99 was the original price of the plums. Before being on special at 2.99. So I looked for the original cashier to let her know. I was trying to find the original so as to not embarrass her if she just made a mistake. I feel like basic respect can be to let the original person address an issue, and not bring it to everyone's attention. I saw her and called out "Miss, I need you take a look at my receipt". She pretended to be too busy, and walked away. Again when you feel like someone may be being unfriendly to you, you may be right. So I said "Miss! I believe I got overcharged." "Can you take a look at my receipt?". The other young women working had their mouths drop, because they could see how I was being extremely polite and she was being extremely rude. So one of the other young women said "Sir, did you need help? Do you think you got overcharged?". And the original decided then was the time to actually speak and said "No he didn't.". But she didn't address me, or give me even the most basic respect. She proceeded to explain that she had rang it up wrong, then voided, then corrected it. So the receipt showed the wrong charges. But at the bottom of the receipt, where unless you worked there you probably wouldn't know how to read it being it was also tiny and had faded spots in the numbers, it showed a void and a total. I probably wouldn't have written this but honestly in today's culture, people are expecting the basic amounts of respect. And when you go out of your way to give it, and receive the opposite in return, it really goes a long way for shopping somewhere else. Along that, I may have also not left this but I called and spoke to Joyce who said she was a manager to let her know. She was nice and listened, but what didn't sit well in the exchange is when you explain everything as I did above and you are told "I'll talk to them, but honestly I've never had a complain about their attitude before." In the world and in customer service, where you meet people, you need people who are one competent, plums as corn which wouldn't have been a big deal, and two show even the most basic of respect to others who have clearly given them more than they showed they deserved. I'd be hard pressed to believe that this was a first time, maybe I'm just the first to follow-up. This is a very family friendly place that I like to visit every year in the fall to either pick apples or pumpkins. This year it was a day trip so no hayride to the witches house but was got to go look for pumpkins and pies to take home. My kids absolutely love the pies and apple cider. I've lived within an hour's drive of Linvilla Orchards for my entire life, but had no idea it existed until last month, on Yelp, when Pumpkinland was advertised. Ironically, my cousin invited me to do fall things here today with a group of 15. First thing to know about this place: It's no small operation. They have a site map on their website for good reason. Oy. Once we parked, we navigated to the hayride. While standing in line for $6 tickets (..which I felt to be WAY too expensive for a 15-minute ride around a farm, but kept my mouth shut), a completely random, kind person walked up and handled my cousin and myself his tickets and said, "We don't need these, here you go." !!!! After the hayride, we walked around the well-stocked market area and eyed up the cider. They also have a sizable selection of baked goods, which I appreciate. We then took on the corn maze, because, why not go all out at a farm enterprise like this? I still have no idea how we got out. From there, we stopped into the garden center and browsed through a bunch of collectibles and plants. And then, alas, we bought the cider, little baby pumpkins, and a couple of crazy-looking gourds, before heading home. If you're looking for a place to spend a farm-cliche day outdoors, this is it. My family loves this place. The pies and cookies are great for the holidays or anytime. They have all kinds of sauces, pasta barbecue, hot, and everything in between. The have fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything is fresh. My sons also love to visit when the weather is good to see the animals and take a hay ride. I came here with my friends and had a good experience! It wasn't apple picking season, but there was still a good afternoons-worth of activities to do. We shopped around the market and got some fresh apple cider and apple cider donuts (very very delicious), and then did a corn maze! Would recommend this place as a cute date spot or somewhere to go with friends and family on a day with nice weather. My friends and I were lucky as there were no lines (maybe because off-season), but make sure to check what the weather is like, and what attractions they offer at the time because they have many seasonal attractions. read more

My daughter would say.. "I know, I know, you lovvvvve Linvilla" Like no really, I LOVE Linvilla! I feel happy just thinking about it! So what's the big deal? FOOD! (Bring cash for stands) 1. I will NOT leave without a Pie, my favs: Old Fashion Apple, Dutch Apple Crumb and Sweet Potato. I stick to the basic friends, but they have to sell about 15 varieties, no exaggeration. You grab your pie off the counter and it's still warm, soo tempting not to try it in the car :) Note: You need to place orders for pies in advance during the Holidays; don't think your just walking out with a pie, your feeling will be hurt. Granny needs that order in advance! 2. My second favorite is the sweet corn. Don't be silly, just buy two for yourself. You will waste time having to stand in line twice to get another one; trust me. They will put the butter on and you add the extras.. salt, pepper, and a generous amount of Old Bay (in that order). 3. Picking fruit and veggies is fun the first couple times; but I rather just buy them from their store and place in a cart (I'm over that picking). A couple years ago, one of the worst mistakes I made was letting two little girls pick all the apples they wanted and had to walk them darn apples to my car that was parked waaaayyyy down the road, it was torture, don't do that! FIND A CART! Major FAIL! 4. One Apple cider donut for .75 for old times sake. THE GROUNDS If you can, go during the week; it can be a bit overwhelming if your first visit is on the weekend, especially if your shopping in the food or garden store, it gets crowded. They also have different types of gardening classes during the week. The website is your best source of information on current activities. The bathrooms are decent and they have plenty of picnic tables to spread out. A variety of food stands: Blossoming onion, ice cream, funnel cake, cotton candy, donuts, and more. You can spend the entire day here; but be mindful it's all is based on the season. For instance picking of fruits and veggies, pumpkins, hayrides to the witches house, bonfires, apple sling shot, feedings the goats, cutting down Christmas trees, apple cider, pony rides, maze, playground, swimming and fishing. I love this place for all ages. Day dates for couples is so much fun. I brought my 1 year old and enjoyed it and went with a friend and her 8 year old who had a blast. We went during fall fest and there was so much to do. Apple chucking, mazes, HUGE PLAYGROUND, tons of vendors, a stage where they have entertainment to interact with tots and kids singing and dancing. Food is a little expensive but really really good. My one year old was entertained by all the people and the mazes in her stroller. Tip: don't waste your money on the corn on the stick. Nothing special. Blooming onion was BEST EVER. APPLE CIDER AND DONUTS ARE AMAZING. read more

Such a great place to take the family and the kids! The kiddos (and quite frankly, the adults too) loved seeing all the different animals and getting to feed the ducks. The kids especially loved the pony rides. I personally loved the shop inside filled with goodies. I highly recommend the Coconut cream pie- best I've ever had!! read more

We have been going here for years with our kids. Linvilla Orchards Farms is sort of 3 things in one. It is a working farm, it is a destination for kids with hayrides (they used to have pony rides) and it is one of the very best produce and bakery stores. We went without our kids because we are empty nesters for the first time, but if you have kids, this is a must-go destination. In October they have fall harvest-mildly scary scarecrow/pumpkin displays that are great for kids. A wonderful hayride is great for the kids. The general farm and foliage is brilliant and beautiful in October, but it's always nice here. It was very busy here. The Farms are just off the main road and easy to get to. There is plenty of parking of every kind. The store is terrific. First off, this is THE best place to get baked pies in Philly. Our family, normally someone goes and buys a dozen pies for Thanksgiving, Xmas and Easter from Linvilla. Their pies are to die for. Second, they jar their own homegrown jams, preserves and jellies. Third, they sell racks and racks of homegrown veggies, fruits and produce that is amazingly fresh, and good. Fourth, they carry many other food products you won't see anywhere. I came here to enjoy pumpkinland and hot apple cider. I was not disappointed. There was plenty of parking and for a Sunday night after dinner it was very busy there. If you have kids this is a great place to take them. There was hayrides, games and plenty of other small attractions to keep them busy for a bit. The selection of pumpkins, pumpkin themed gifts and fall themed gifts were plentiful. They also had tons of squash, corn stalks and hay for sale. The market on property was open and I was lucky enough to snag those famous apple cider doughnuts. If you visit I suggest trying them. They were fresh, crispy and sweet on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a huge variety of candied apples but I passed, 7 bucks for and apple seemed a little steep. We also got hot apple cider for the drive home. This was a great way to end our visit. read more
