The owner said that I had to compensate him for losing a customer on the car, but did not notify me someone wanted to buy it for a higher price. I signed nothing for this agreement. He only gave me back $600 because he said that he lost a customer, but sold two other cars. It is a SCAM. Do not go here.

I'm deeply impressed with this dealership. Not only was their polite, professional and knowledgeable approach one of the best I've seen, but there was also no shenanigans and BS tactics often deployed by dealerships sensed. Kudos to these guys; I really am Impressed by how these guys treated me and welcomed me. From entry to exit, the team were courteous, genuine and couldn't do enough to help me. I really have never felt this level of service at a dealership before. I'll certainly be buying a car from them in the future when I change this Vantage out. Thank you. They had to replace the entire bumper of my Honda Civic and did it in less than a week. They were efficient, fast, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Now for the minus one star justification. While we were sitting there waiting for Hertz to pick us up, we had a woman come in there livid and screaming at the top of her lungs. Evidently her insurance didn't cover all of the cost and she couldn't afford to pay off the rest so the shop threatened to keep her car until she could pay it off. Now, if that's their policy, that's fine, but discussing things like that in the common room in front of 10 other people is a little awkward. I'm not sure what the polite thing to do is at that point, so I started playing snake on my phone to distract myself from the scene. Finally the manager came out, took her to the office and she left 10 minutes later looking much calmer (though she did throw a dirty look at the receptionist before she left). My other gripe with them is their marketing ploys. Since they're also connected with a dealership, I guess they felt it was okay to call non-stop for 2 weeks to offer us a new/used car. Granted it was my husband's fault for saying that we were planning to look for a new car within the next year or so, but it got to be quite annoying. Finally we had to call them and ask to be taken off their calling list. No big deal, just a little irritating to come home to 3 messages a day from the same dealership. All in all, they did a good job with the car and I have no complaints. The location isn't the greatest, but I'm not sure if there would be anything much better on that side of town anyway.

I was faced with an unexpected, long road trip and needed my maintenance done....on New Year's day. I called around and no one was open....then Al called me back. He was able to do a complete brake job, replace rotors, an oil change and replace a drive belt. He also included a complete scan of your car that he doesn't upsell you but gives you the codes to take to whomever you prefer. I don't know how he finds the time but he gives you video of what he's servicing. You get the beginning, during and after videos to show the work that's being done and if he finds anything alarming. He sends the video and call you to see what action would you like to take. I have never gotten service like this and this is my 4th audi and only get audi service. He has outclassed audi customer service and I will definitely make him my personal mechanic. To get great service at a fraction of the cost is remarkable.
