Terrible customer service and no accountability. This office makes mistakes, doesn't follow through, and leaves customers to do the work of chasing down answers and fixing problems. As a longtime State Farm customer, I never expected this level of poor service. My experience with this office made me seriously question whether I wanted to remain with State Farm. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. read more

My office consists of 4 other team members, Janel Wilson, Gidget Webb, Sharon Trumbull, and Gracie Broadfoot. State Farm sucks. I have been a customer off and on with them for 30+ years and they have been a…read moredecent company, but now they are extremely hard to get a hold of. To talk to claims you go through a never ending phone tree that takes 10+ minutes and then at the end of that you are left on hold for another 10-20 minutes. I am not sure who in their right mind at State Farm felt this was a good idea, but there is nothing worse than feeling like you do not matter or care as a customer than this. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
