I got Digestive Health Specialists helping me out with some things. I got cancer in 2013 went through chemo in 2016. His front office used to do things like call for appointment reminders. Back when Jessica worked the front. As a guy I dont really care if its a male or female doctor with the exception of when the little guy decides to say hello. I find Samatha and Jessica nice to look at. I have found other hot female medical personal. Well one of his NP cant deal with a guy with boner. And if a female doctor or Nurse cant deal with that I want nothing to do with them. I have had several female doctors and nurses along the way along with male doctors and nurses. There is 1 NP at his office that cant deal with that and I dont have to see her. However the people he has working at the front desk now. I didnt get a reminder phone call for my last appointment and that will cost me $100 now. I spent my week talking to my GI doctor that is the 9811 number and 1 other. His office did call me today 1/26/23 to tell me I missed the appointment. But before that it wasnt until 12/28/22. I got sick XMas week, I tried calling their office around a dozen times. I think I had a person answer 1. I ended up communicating with his office through a 3rd party that week. The 3rd party told me his office had COVID someone could have set up an answering machine message for that. I got a pretty bad cold. It is the worst week to get sick. nurses like any other profession take off the holiday. I have some problems my GI doctor tells me things like end stage EOE is losing the ability to swallow anything including water, end stage fatty liver disorder is liver failure if left untreated. They are setting me up with someone to help with some stuff. But while I was doing that I was not thinking about my high blood pressure appointment at Dr. Joshi office. A phone call would have been appreciated. Below is screen shots of my oh shit phone which my doctors, and a couple of friends have access too. They did not f'in call me. My other doctors call. Availability and distance might have me searching for a new doctor. A doctor that understands life happens and I might not remember an appointment I made 3 to 6 months ago.

After registering online,, waiting over an hour in the car, and no one answering the phone, walked in and asked how much longer it would take. The woman at the desk said about 30 more minutes. Got back in the car. Thirty minutes go by, and nothing. Called, no answer again. Walked in and another person is sitting at the desk, who informs me that there are actually a bunch of people in front of us and she has no idea how much longer it will be. She added an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience," as if that fixes the fact that you are clearly incredibly disorganized.

I am already dealing with a medical reason to visit Urgent Care (which is uncomfortable enough) so to be openly disrespected in such a way is baffling. To validate my experience, I was told by the Bedford UC that they are getting patients who say they've had the same experience with this woman. Not sure if management is actually aware of this woman's behavior or not - but patients are actively seeking other locations to visit due to this rude treatment at Carewell in Billerica. Unfortunate because I live close to this Carewell but will not be returning to avoid this woman.

They round throughout the hospital responding to any and all emergencies but are not above getting his water or helping him get more comfortable I feel safe there knowing that they have these nurses they can call and they're there almost immediately and get things taken care of. They deserve so much credit for the work they do and the nurses and patients are lucky to have them
