They are truly the definition of a slum lord. We have never been late on our rent and despite their piss pore job of managing properties we continue to pay our rent on time. The owner of the home a former doctor at Atrium who refuses to pay full price for anything when it comes to repairs at the property is disappointing. We have asked to be released from our lease they refuse to. Our deck is falling apart to the point it is hazardous for anyone to walk on it, they refuse to repair it. We have work orders from 2020 that have yet to be completed. There is mold on bathroom ceiling. Please take my advice do not rent from this company. You will regret it.
