I finally got someone to tow my car 6 miles down the road to Goody's Garage. I sit there the rest of the night to have some guy show up at 5. Around 6 he spoke to me for the first time and then when I showed him I just needed for my tire to be checked. He said he would help me shortly. 6:52 rolls around and I walk in the shop to get some kid who decides to tell me we don't open till 7 and wouldn't help me before then. Are we joking? I already said what had happened and was trying to be patient. I got a rental because I still have a 6 hour drive left in this trip to see my family and I ask if there is anyway I could have them fix my vehicle over the weekend and come back to pick it up. I even offered to put a deposit down and his response was "Ohhh no, not till Monday. You'll have to wait for us to figure out what's going on with your tire first...." I mean is there really no way? Was I being unreasonable? This shop is trash

Unfortunately the next day I realized it was my car. My usual mechanic is near my house several hours away. I checked Yelp for Car Repairs in Zanesville and found that there weren't many reviews and many were dated. I texted my Brother and he recommended I try Car Club. Wow! Although the two reviews were older, they were exactly right. I had a similar experience. I called to see when I could get an appointment, with fingers crossed it would be before I needed to drive home in a couple of days. Brian said I could bring the car right in and he would take a look. I did and he did. I was lucky my air conditioning compressor hadn't caught on fire. The belt removed was the temporary fix that would allow me to drive several hours home. I will have to have that compressor replaced but no big need for air conditioning on my trip home in February. Brian took his time to have a look under the hood and then removed the belt but there was no charge! I agree, give this place your business!

We briefly discussed the only RAV4 in stock in the trim level I wanted. Everything moved very quickly after the call. Amanda was straightforward and the deal was simple and easy to understand. Amanda paid attention to details of our conversations. I did not have to repeat myself or haggle about a single issue. When I told Amanda the tax on the offer was $100 too much, I got zero attitude. Amanda looked into it and the number was corrected. Amanda walked out to meet me as I pulled into the lot the morning I arrived. My appointment was at 9am on a Saturday and the whole deal was done by 10am. Amanda sat with me afterwards to make sure I got Apple CarPlay set up. She was totally focused on me and making sure I was satisfied that morning. That's a rarity these days. Overall, my experience purchasing from Zanesville Toyota was a dream. Taking time to write reviews isn't something I do often, but this review is deserved.

I called and talked to AJ who was very friendly and helpful. After seeing that Car Nation had several positive online reviews, I decided to drive 2.5 hours to check it out. The sales experience with AJ was excellent. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy. During the test drive, I noticed one of the rear power windows didn't work. AJ had a technician inspect it and assured me it just needed a new switch. He promised to ship the replacement part to me and assured me they would "make it right" if that didn't solve the issue. I received the new switch, but after installing, the problem persisted. I reported this to AJ, but communication faltered, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue failed. After several weeks of not hearing back I called Car Nation and spoke to a different employee who informed me that AJ no longer worked there. After explaining the situation he said there was nothing they could do, citing warranty expiration. I clarified that I wasn't seeking warranty coverage but rather expected resolution for a known issue at the time of purchase, as initially promised. However, he reiterated that there were no further options available. I took the risk of purchasing the vehicle before the issue was resolved and paid the price! It cost me $580 to have the window motor replaced at my local dealership. Lesson learned: I won't buy another vehicle from Car Nation simply because they didn't keep their word. :-\
