Ray is a pro. I found him personable and easy going. He likes to explain things in ways you can put yourself in the scenario. I was worried about retiring and did not think I could pull off my plans of early retirement successfully. Ray showed me I could and put together a plan I felt confident about. I'm working the plan and will be on the open road soon. I really like the financial tools he provides so I can make adjustments if necessary. Especially with inflation now a bigger factor. He is a good guy to help you put your ducks in a row. I am grateful that we have LTC insurance that I set up in my 30's. It is our saving grace with the inflation rider. read more

Worked with Brandon Linker who was super knowledgeable about how to manage extended nursing care costs for my father. He was patient, professional, and they delivered everything promised and more. I highly recommend these guys if you are faced with this situation. read more

I first became concerned about 'Asset Preservation' when it became apparent the mounting cost of my mother's care (advanced Alzheimer's) would far exceed the sum total of everything my parents had worked a lifetime to build. I became aware of Linker Financial through friends going through the same turmoil and stress who had heard about LFG through Kaiser. Linker Financial Group specializes in Asset Protection and Estate Preservation among other things 'financial.' We called and scheduled a preliminary conversation and then met with Ray Linker, President and CEO of Linker Financial Group, and Louis Pacella, an attorney Ray works with here in Southern California. I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to gloss over my skepticism or initial discomfort. These discussions are uncomfortable and deal with subjects all of us would rather not have to deal with. However, both Ray and Louis were candid and forthright and left me feeling comfortable moving forward with the relationship to warrant retainers for each of them. The process is long, extremely complex and arduous - can't think of a better word. In many cases, as our advocate, their staff was working with government agencies and officials. There were times I was frustrated others when I was a bit confused, but Ray and his staff "stayed with us" reassuring us every step of the way. Perhaps, more to the point, Ray had given us an estimated cost for handling my mother's estate issues which turned out to be far more complicated and time consuming than any of us realized. He honored that estimate despite the fact he had to invest exponentially more time helping us resolve all of these issues successfully. As a businessman I know just how expensive those costs can be and how quickly they can mount up. I also know how much it means to do business with a person or a company willing to step up and keep their promises. In the end, LFG's efforts resulted in protecting more than $100,000 in assets: a substantial part of my parent's estate. They did exactly what they said they would do and much, much more. They invested far more time in the project than they thought they might have to and never brought it up, not even in conversation. While I can't promise that everyone will have the same outcome or result, I can tell you that Ray Linker and LFG, along with Louis Pacella, will be doing our estate planning and that I have recommended that when the time comes, our kids take advantage of their specialized expertise and honest effort. read more

I was going crazy, trying to figure out what to do once my dear Aunt's cash ran out. How was I going to continue to pay for her care in a nursing facility? She had a house. Was I supposed to sell it to get cash? Take out a loan? I googled for info, only to find contradictory, and confusing, 'answers'. I contacted the attorney who did her trust, only to be told he wasn't able to answer my questions as that isn't his area of expertise... The nursing facility suggested I contact Linker, they'd be able to answer my questions, as they've worked with several of their residents in the past. That was the best phone call I've made! They were able to answer all my questions, and advise me how to proceed in order to provide my Aunt with ongoing care. And they have been right on every piece of advice they've provided. I'm no longer stressed out about her financial future, and can now provide her the love and support she needs to manage her health and well-being. 5 Well-Deserved Stars, in my opinion. read more

The Linker Financial Group (Hospital Reimbursement Services) helped me with Medi-Cal assistance for my father. I was originally referred to them by Mr. Louis Pacella who assisted with the legal documentation services needed for the Medi-Cal application process who I have also left a positive review on Yelp. Prior to working with The Linker Financial Group and Mr. Pacella, I had been meeting with different attorneys and Medi-cal application firms who seemed incompetent, wanted exorbitant fees, and/or had many bad reviews. I had initially worked with another Medi-Cal application firm also based in Fresno but due to a bad review, I was not comfortable working with them. Frustrated with my search process, I randomly found Mr. Pacella which led me to the Linker Financial Group. I immediately started working with the Linker Financial group who were professional, courteous, and addressed my many questions which I had many due to the complicated nature of the Medi-Cal application. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable and confident that the Medi-Cal application would be approved. The Linker Financial group alongside with Mr. Louis Pacella helped secure and protect assets that may have otherwise be recovered by Medi-Cal. During the application period, Linker Financial group followed up with the Medi-Cal application personnel as well as the nursing home to ensure there were no delays and that any requests/questions were answered. Within a couple of months, the Medi-Cal application was approved which didnt take too much of my time aside from the collection of documentation and supporting documents in the beginning. This process has been rather smooth, stress free, and easy thanks to the qualified, knowledgeable, and hard working folks at Linker Financial Group. The services provided by The Linker Financial Group are invaluable and priceless with respect to possibly losing a home, savings, etc. Their fees are extremely affordable and reasonable when compared to the value of home and assets. I would definitely recommend The Linker Financial Group for anyone needing Medi-Cal application services. They operate in a respectable, urgent, and accountable manner that is hard to find these days especially when your emotions can make you vulnerable and mask you from making intelligent decisions due to the fears of facing expensive nursing home costs and at the same time losing income and assets. The Linker Financial Group has been supportive and reassuring throughout this whole process which cant be quantified into a monetary value. read more
