They expect you to be there everyday for ridiculous things that any kindergartner would know about getting a job. Only good thing is they give you $ for every interview and $ for new work clothes etc. when you do secure a position. But it's not enough to sit through days of ridiculousness when you could be out looking for a real job instead.
