This with no advance notice from Spherion or the facility I was working at. This, in my opinion, is not only unprofessional but downright crummy. In addition I was told not to contact or report to the facility where I worked. I had personal belongings thee and Spherion told me they would go there and collect them for me. If I had been told to my face my assignment was ending I could have packed up my stuff and brought it home myself.
