Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is your one-stop shop for all things designer! And I can't forget…read moreto mention at a discount! You can always expect busy and long crowds and lines, however, service is great in all the stores. Fendi always the best value and sales! Stores like Prada, Gucci, and YSL typically always have a line, however, it always moves fairly quickly. Stores like Skims, Aritzia, and Reformation are always packed with inventory and great finds! While not all stores are discounted, you can always expect great finds, trends, and good deals! With over 100+ stores, there's truly something for everyone. Bathrooms are conveniently located throughout and there are great dining options. Parm is my top recommendation, but you can't go wrong with Shake Shack or one of the many food court options. There is tons of parking surrounding the little shopping town. Get there early to ensure a full day of shopping that allows you to take full advantage of all the stores! Pick up a sweet treat from Auntie Anne's or Laudree throughout the day or enjoy a cup of coffee from Starbucks or Ralph's to keep you energized while shopping. You'll have the best day shopping, you'll find great deals, and you'll be able to enjoy your purchases for many years to come!

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare

At approximately 9:32 p.m., we were selecting our final items and were preparing to proceed to the cashier. At that moment, the store manager, Irene, approached us and stated that the store was closed. I acknowledged this and responded that we were simply finishing our last selection and would head to the register immediately. Despite this, Irene responded firmly with, "No. You need to go to the front of the store now. We are closed." In my experience as a frequent customer at this location and others, it is customary for stores to make a closing announcement over the intercom and allow customers already inside a brief grace period (typically 10-15 minutes to complete their purchases). This did not occur. If this location is so adamant about their closing procedures, then the door should have been closed prior to 9:30PM and/or Irene should have stood at the entrance informing ALL customers that they are no longer allowed to enter the store. However, given we had entered prior to closing time, we should have been granted the courtesy of at least 5 minutes. Instead, we were abruptly instructed to stop shopping and proceed immediately to the front. While I fully respect store closing procedures and employees' time, the manner in which this was handled felt unnecessarily dismissive and confrontational. Being spoken to in such a forceful way, especially after acknowledging the request, was disappointing and triggering and did not align with the level of customer service I have come to expect from TJ Maxx.

Aisles were neat, store clean, even had a fresh smell to it too! This is located in the shopping center with Ihop, and Verizon store nearby, so has enough parking. Walk in and everything looks like Christmas. TJ Maxx is also like Burlington as they have HomeGoods, coats, bags, clothing, accessories , and more! Actually went in here and also found gloves to wear during the winter to help clear snow off of the cars, and they had plenty of those. Also looked around the store, and found some more coats, and found a nice red one that i liked, and brought. Then, we looked around, found some guacomole chips, and some chocolate bars, as well as nice christmas decorations. Finally, we were done looking around, and went to the registers. had to wait in line again. Moved quickly though. My mom paid for my red coat, and her other stuff, and i Paid for my gloves using a credit card. Cashier was very pleasant. Hopefully would come back another time!

I remember the old one was much smaller BUT this one is super nice, with lots of inventory left and right. They had their most heavily discounted items towards the front of the store & each rack was marked with set pricing. I think the way they do it is, each store sets their own pricing for styles/items daily since at check out, the cashier will always adjust the item cost amount! Anyways, OMG it was like Christmas all over again ahahahah. I found so many goodies! Scuba hoodies were discounted to $59, while certain colors were $49 (BTW, absolute steal!). Leggings didn't seem to be on sale that day... usually whenever I come to this one, they always have a good price on leggings but I can't complain! ***If you are a first responder, military, or fitness instructor, you're entitled to extra discounts! And yes, they do stack at the outlet stores. 15% for first responders/military*** Also, loved that if you see an item you like on the racks and don't see your size, it's likely they have it in their back room! This was the case for me & they were able to grab my size from the back, no problem. Also, noticed there was a stain on that hoodie at check out & they were able to grab another one for me, again! Hahaha. Only thing is, like most Lululemon stores, the men's section is very limited. Only two racks for men's that we saw here. Lol, I always forget that Woodbury Commons Outlet is in NY & there's tax on clothing, as my state doesn't have tax for clothes up until a certain amount. Highly recommend!

The ladies checked and the one item we got was the aligned 23" crop pants on sale for $29! So that made the lady happy! The staff was constantly restocking the racks and clearing up any clutter. Checkout was a breeze. Will be back to find deals next time
