Mostly Lineage warehouses is literally lying about load/unload time or otherwise saying we will call you. But this place is told me truth at checkin. They told me you ar too early from appt time but we can get you door but we will start loading you at appt time, i said yes of course. Ladies at checkin were very polite and kind this everyone who been there same time with me. I got my load in 3 an hours which one is not bad for Lineage. Delivered a load here, the lady at the guard shack was HORRIBLE. She informed me that I needed a mask, I politely told her that I did not have anymore on my truck and if she would give me one I would gladly put it on. She stated she wasn't giving me a mask and that I could leave, refusing the load and told me to turn around and take it back where it came from. I understand safety, but if you are going to require masks and someone does not have one, you should nicely provide a disposable. Will NEVER deliver to this location again. read more
