I'm repeatedly impressed with the level of professionalism and service that we receive from Jeff and his team. I often bid out electrical jobs from exterior lighting to tenant improvements- especially in this economy, to make sure I'm not getting gouged. This company almost always comes in at the lowest rate, with the shortest lead time on getting things done. There have even been a few times where they've even found less expensive ways to fix problems and save us money. I think they are able to undercut other larger firms because are a small operation without a ton of overhead. I'm a manager, not contractor, so I have to rely on these types of contractors to explain to me in layman's terms what's going on so I can make a good decision for the property owner. Jeff and his guys are always willing to take the time to make sure we understand what they found during their investigation and what needs to be done to make things right. It's vital that any vendor I send onto a property exhibits respect and courtesy to my tenants, and I have gotten nothing but positive feedback after sending these guys out to take care of things. That's rare, since most tenants have at least something to whine about when work needs to be performed in or around their space.

Being a novice when it comes to electricity, Nick listened to my needs and then coached me on the correct way to meet my expectations and align those with residential code laws. Once I gave Nick the thumbs up, he updated all the wiring, outlets and switches in my garage and I was really impressed with his quality of work. With that being said, I asked him to come back the following week to install a ceiling fan, as well as additional electrical work inside my house. Nick was extremely professional and always informed me of his process before conducting any work. Overall, I'm happy I found an electrical contractor I can trust, and was very pleased with NP Electric.

Not only was the work done safely, thoughtfully and reasonably but it was more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. I had a blank slate and need to electrify a tiny house. They came up with a beautiful intricate wiring system that included dimmers and 3 way switches. The picture I attached sadly doesn't capture the beauty of the work that they did. There were multiple lights on different dimmers, a 3 way switch that could be controlled by the upstairs or downstairs switch, a dimmable retractable fan and multiple exterior lights. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that they did. Thank you!
