After explaining it to Mike he went and grabbed a testing device. He checked both the battery and the alternator. Now , of course the battery would be the culprit and although Mike could have been more concerned about a sale instead he provided excellent, even outstanding customer service noting the year and battery purchase location. In short it was still under warranty. Thank you as it turned out it was still under warranty and within 15mins, I was able to get a new battery, no charge and enjoy my 98° weather in Houston, TX for the day. I payed for used motor on 2-23-26 they told me they deliver same or next day they delivered 6 days later and never called me once to communicate. I went there for refund then they walk me to the back and said we pulling your motor now out this car I said you'll not giving me this motor they assured they were they even cranked the car. They did deliver the motor that same day but a motor my mechanic shop could even start. I called them they said the motor didn't come out that car but instead out another car from his brother shop. I never been or heard of his brother not once. They cost me 800 dollars labor for having a motor installed that never worked because they lied. I wouldn't buy a door handle from these crooks anymore they no good here at for less auto on Cullen blvd. Yes this is the exact place I'm speaking of 100% sure of that.

I reached out to enquire about a lift gate for my car. They advised they had it and would send me…read moresome pictures. The pictures they sent looked great and so I advised I wanted it and would come that weekend for it. They advised they would leave it on the car to avoid it getting damaged but to call when o was on my way and they would have it ready to collect. I called the day I was heading there and asked if they could have it removed ready for me arriving. I travelled over 3 hours to get there to find it was still not removed from the car. Since I was there I asked if I could view the part and was taken to see the lift gate. When I arrived it had scratches on it that had not been photographed but more concerning the inside was damaged, the interior panel was snapped and it was a mess. The representative that was with me says they could take something off for the damage since it wasn't as described. We got back to the office only to be told it was tough luck and that was the way the item would be sold. I was told that they don't usually supply the interior panel and all accessories are not normally included. This was totally contradictory to what I was told on the phone when I explained I was looking for a complete lift gate with hinges which they confirmed was what they were selling. Since I had rented a truck and driven so far I really had no choice but to take the item. The next representative then apologized for the condition and said he would take $50 off to cover my gas but the office manager told him absolutely not and to charge me full price. At this point I just wanted to get back on the road and get home. I then had to wait nearly 40 mins for my part which came down the yard balanced on the roof of a scrap car. When we loaded it into the truck I realized the wiring loom was damaged and cut in several places. At this point I'd had enough and asked if I can just have my money back as this item really wasn't as described. I was told "I don't think so but I'll need to deal with my other customers before we can discuss it but I'm not seeing the same issues you are". I looked in the office and seen it packed with customers and knew it would be a long wait. I made the decision that if they lacked so much integrity in describing and selling the part I wanted then my money was gone. So I cut my losses and just left. I should have read previous reviews and knew what to expect. But every bad review is simply let with a reply from the owner saying they are sorry for the experience and to call. But the owner was sat in the office next to all the issues I was having and never once tried to make it right. An extremely unprofessional organization who misrepresented the item they were selling and wouldn't make it right when I had invested in renting a truck and traveling over 380 miles for my part. I'd avoid at all costs going forward.
