He was always available through calls and texts, and even sent me progress pictures. He is a far drive for me, but I will definitely be back to complete some other enhancements on my vehicle! I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure. Terrible quality and service too match. I purchased these refurbished wheels last April and…read moreinstalled in May. I have winter wheels and tires so these were purchased for summer use only. I removed these Wheels Americas wheels at the end of summer. I washed them before putting them away and noticed water under the clear coat in many areas. The clearcoat was flaking in big sections (ask me and I'll send photos as I cannot upload them in this review). Clearly there was an adhesion issue as there was zero corrosion or damage to the wheels finish. I contacted the seller who agreed to have a look and refinish if considered warranty. They let me know when the wheels were finished and stated the issue was due to road salt exposure. I replied back that it's impossible as these wheels were summer use only and were only 6 months old. I received them back with damage to the finish (when it was uncured) as well as white specs all over the clearcoat (I'm glad to send photos). You can see the the finish bumped up something when it was still wet (down to the aluminum). I've sent multiple messages and even called them. They are completely ignoring me. I have experience with paint and finish work. Something wasn't prepped correctly and therefore there was an adhesion issue with the clearcoat. The lack of care and quality on the second refinish is a reflection of their work ethic and concern for the customer. "Just get it done and shipped" The lack of response after seeing the evidence that I presented should strongly suggest to you to purchase from another vendor. There are some great wheel companies out there. This is not one of them!
