I called today to see if they had a part I needed and one of the employees who answered the phone…read more(Erin) told me that the part was not available in the store. I went online and searched for the part and I noticed the same store location I called that said they didn't have the part, said it was available. I went ahead and ordered the part online to pickup at the store and when I went and picked it up I asked one of the employees if there was an Erin who worked there and he told me no. When I walked out the store after receiving my order, I noticed the other employee hiding her name badge. My wife noticed her name tag said Erin because she walked out after me. I understand if you're too lazy to look for a part but to act like you're still in high school is totally disrespectful in my integrity book.
