One review seems to be on the wrong company. One person even quotes the SAAG ad which actually supports the opposite of his complaint--the ad says "in some cases" the deductible can be waived. It's not a guarantee and seems like it would be unreasonable to expect that. But hey, what are you gonna do? Anyway, I have nothing but positives. I called yesterday for complete windshield replacement on 2018 Sonata. The very personable sales person got me booked for today for them to come to my house. Total cost $272 when Safelite wanted around $430+ plus tax to come to my house to do the same job and the soonest appt was two weeks away. They came on time and were quick, professional and friendly. I really like the fact that the service can be performed while I was at work; it was very convenient. The only minor issue was that the service person only brought a moulding for the top of my windshield when I had ordered one for the bottom too. Luckily, my bottom moulding was fine and it didn't need to be replaced. Overall, the service was good and I would use the company again for future issues.
