Highly recommend. I've purchased and had basic repair work done for the past few years and…read morefinally decided to have a full custom piece made. Nathan did an exceptional job of replicating an old "mountain man" style bracelet based off an old design I gave him. Each piece is unique and embodies the individuality/ ruggedness of that era but with the finesse and attention to detail brought forth by an artist. As you look at the photo bear in mind that I specifically requested a ruggedness to the piece rather than a black-tie affair piece.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had my wife bring in my watch for a simple battery…read morereplacement on Friday, and they charged her $15 to lose a specialty pin in my metal band and then try and hide the matter. My wife drove an hour back home and as soon as I went to put my watch on, the pin fell out and my band was in 2 pieces and couldnt be worn. Now today is Monday, my wife went back there on her lunch break to have them fix what they broke. They put another pin in there that wasn't correct and the keeper clasp on the band wouldn't latch. They told my wife they "bent" the clasp so it should have stayed. I had to leave work early and drive a little over an hour into town myself to take my watch back in and have them fix the issue AGAIN. When I got there, I was upset, but I never raised my voice, I never cussed, I asked who touched my watch so I could talk to them. The old man wearing glasses said he worked on it and asked what was wrong. As soon as I pushed the pins on the clasp the pin dropped to the floor and the band fell in 2 pieces again. He never apologised. He deflected my concerns the entire time. Making it seem like he didn't care about the issue. He said he would take it back and fix it again after telling me multiple times how he showed my wife and it was all fine there. He said he had to put a larger pin in it and alter it to work. He did not offer me a refund for the initial issue and he even had the audacity to say he wasnt going to charge me for the pins!! If you took your car to a mechanic and they broke something, then tried to hide it, and then refused to apologize when they were confronted about it, only to "fix" it and have the audacity to say they didn't charge you for the "repair" is BEYOND bad business! Do not go here, and do not let your wife go here! They will take advantage of you both and then lie to your face!

What an INCREDIBLE place for an engagement ring. It can be difficult trying to find a jewelry store…read morethat really cares about the product they're selling and who they're selling it to. Abby was responsive, hard at work, and a fantastic sales woman. I could not be more satisfied with my ring. BUY FROM ABBY!!!

I just had the most unhinged experience at their Harvard location with what I believe may be Abby's…read moreson. I took my ring in to be resized in late April. I picked it up several days later and it fit, so I left not thinking anything of it. Put it in my jewelry armoire as soon as I got home. Took it out several weeks later to put on and noticed the stone was loose. It's loose enough I don't feel comfortable wearing it, so I put it on my to-do list to take it back for the prongs to be adjusted. I called the store earlier this week explaining and they advised to bring it in. My dog got sick not an hour after I hung up so that consumed the next two days and I was unable to make it back. I went in today since I'm off work and explained and the man at the desk said he remembered speaking with me. He then inspects the ring and says it will be another $150 (on top of the $250 I paid for the resizing) to fix the issue. I explained it didn't seem logical for me to have to pay additional money for what was clearly an issue caused by the resizing. The man went on about how it wouldn't be fair to them, so I said, "Okay, I'll take my ring back, then." He wouldn't give it to me! He then said, "You have some options: you can either stand there and be hard, or you can take a seat and we can see if we can work something out with you." Appalled by his aggression and his unwillingness to hand over my ring, I stated again, "I'm good standing, and I'll take my ring back now, please." He proceeds to demand I leave "his" store, to which I replied, "I will GLADLY leave as soon as you give me my ring back." He finally returned it after I asked for the third time, all while getting even more aggressive and raising his voice about how they "don't want my business" as I was walking out the door. I was shaken by the aggression as it was, and then he started following me to my vehicle, still yelling; what, exactly, I don't know as I couldn't hear over the traffic noise. I immediately locked my doors as soon as I got to my car and left. There was a security guard there who witnessed the entire incident. I was never aggressive, never raised my voice, etc., yet was met with utterly unhinged behavior. Do NOT give this company your business. Women are clearly unsafe with this unstable man.
