I began my association with Michael and Tresa when my then boyfriend proposed to me and gave me a gorgeous ring he had created at McFarlin's. 13 years later, I'm proud to say they are my jeweler of choice--and my husband's. I can't tell you how many times my husband has gone in to find me a gift for our anniversary, my birthday, or Christmas, and Tresa never fails to steer him to something that I will LOVE. They have prices that fit every budget and jewelry pieces that are both beautiful and unique. So many of my happiest memories started at McFarlin's and we won't shop anywhere else for jewelry. read more

Tresa and Michael only want to satisfy their customers. Tresa is very patient and quite helpful. I had a stone set for my wife and she loves the finished product. If you're not sure what you want Tresa can help. If you know exactly what you want then you will not be disappointed. read more

Long Phillip Jewelry

I'm new to the Arkansas area and needed a jeweler to repair a gold chain that was gifted to my…read morehusband from his mother. I decided on going with Phillips jeweler because his estimated pricing over the phone, sounded pretty reasonable. I ended up arriving 30 minutes prior to closing and hopeful that they wouldn't be too irritated ( being a former retail employee for 11 years of my life, I hated to be a last minute customer.) The location was very hard to find. It's located in the same building as the goodwill off of South Bowman road but the sign is hardly visible from the main street. What I do like about his store is the added security of the building. You have to dial into a phone located outside and state your purpose before entering. The owner (I believe his name is Phillip) recognize me from our call earlier and was more than welcoming and eager to help. He took his time to explain to me why the chain had broken and even fixed it right on the spot. I was expecting a one week wait as well as a $40 charge, but he was gracious enough to do this for free. I definetly recommend this jewelry store for any repairs or new purchases.

Just fantastic results!! The white gold diamond Jewelry that I bought from McFarlin's Jewelry . is the most beautiful ring that I have ever seen. The service that I got from Michael was professional and personal. I knew more about diamonds and the industry in 5 minutes than anyone I know. The pricing seemed very fair to me. I only went to one other place, but after meeting Michael, it made the decision easy. I was awestruck at the finished ring. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!! read more

Mike McFarlin, McFarlin Studio, repaired a silver cuff bracelet for me. It looks like new. Several jewelers told me it could not be repaired. They were wrong. It required special skills and techniques. He is not "any" jeweler. He has credentials and certificates to prove his authenticity. This was my first visit but not my last. M. Robinson read more
