I called in the Lindt store in Liverpool on a recent trip to the city, after calling in the new Cosy Club branch next store, this branch is quite new and only opened a few weeks ago for Christmas so I decided to call in and take a look around, especially with a man giving samples on the front.
Sadly, Lindt Chocolate's are not gluten free which is a real shame as chocolate is normally naturally gluten-free up to the point where Barley Malt is added, however this store is set out like a mecca for chocolate lovers with so much different choice to choose from.
Regardless, I have never been a fan of Lindt Chocolate and have previously found them certainly not to be very nice, which is a shame as Lindt is a brand usually associated with high quality.
Lindt have recently been rolling out these sort of stores, and it is so similar in terms of size and layout compared to the Manchester store, maybe slightly more modern due to how the store looks from the outside and how it is set out in the Liverpool One.
The staff here seemed average, they didn't seem really helpful or friendly which I'm sorry to report.
Overall, this store is okay but it is nothing special and doesn't do anything major to stand out so sadly I only can warrant two stars for this branch. read more
