I moved to…read moreNewark in 2012 and continued making the long drive every 6 months, but after the Coronavirus changed so many of our lives I decided to find a dentist closer to home. All I can say is I wish I had found this practice 8 years ago! Everyone was super friendly, they have the absolute latest greatest dental technology, and they were very gentle during my cleaning. Oh, and it's literally 1 minute from home. I have a problem tooth my old dentist had been just "keeping an eye on" to see if it had a crack. Dr Jump and his staff actually found the crack with a high-res camera (old practice did not have this capability) and recommended a crown to keep the crack from getting worse and alleviate pain when chewing. I am so relieved to have a plan after 3 years of wait and see with some pain sprinkled in. Don't get me wrong, I liked my old dentist, but I LOVE Moundbuilders!! Highly recommend them!!!

Find another office in town with integrity who doesn't charge you every time you walk in the door. I came to get a replacement retainer and won't do it again. Unfortunately the retainers they provide are not high quality so I'll have to find another office when the current ones break which will happen. Very disappointed in their approach to dentistry.

I wanted to remind others that Dr Baddour had passed away earlier in 2020. Sadly, he will be…read moremissed as he was a wonderful dentist. Very knowledgeable and thorough, and also had a kind heart and sense of humor. He helped me with both of my bridges that has to be redone because my previous dentist had done a horrible job and the perm bridges didn't last or stay on. He helped me with the overall cost and sympathized with the situation. The practice is Sampson Dental Group. Since Dr Baddour's semi-retirement, this group has had multiple changes of the lead dentist. It seemed like each time we came for cleaning or other issue, it was a different dentist and/or hygienist. We stopped trying to remember their names. Even front desk ladies were different. We are now searching for a different dental office.

We were told to come BACK in. After the examination, she was told they went too far down on the filling and damaged nerves. She would now need a root canal. Went back for the root canal and they filed down one of the other fillings. Still a lot of pain. They wanted us to pay for the root canal that she needed due to their negligence. Not happening. Tried to schedule another appt to get it fixed. Was told to goto the Powell office. We drive over to Powell from New Albany only to find out they are closed and we had to goto Gahanna. I'm not sure anyone has a clue what they are doing.

I love Dr. Khan! The absolute BEST dentist & staff can be found at Polaris Dental Care!…read more Dr. Khan was my dentist for YEARS and he is the most trustworthy, knowledgeable, and skillful dentist out there! I really admired how he always remembered details about me and my life and always enjoyed making conversation with him. Years ago, I chipped my two front teeth after falling on my face and Dr. Khan worked with a specialist to restore my teeth through a root canal treatment and gave me crowns to replace the teeth I had chipped. Dr. Khan allowed me the opportunity to shadow him over the summer and I could see how much he truly cared for each of his patients and how he was able to complete so many different types of procedures! Dr. Khan works quickly, but not at the expense of treating his patients like real people. He ensures that Polaris Dental Care is a comfortable and warm environment where patients feel like family. Christy, who manages the financial/logistical aspect of the office, is also great! She is so friendly and makes sure all of your questions get answered. The work and care I received at Polaris Dental Care actually inspired me to pursue dentistry. I am currently in dental school and hope to become a dentist with Dr. Khan's caliber, charisma, and care.
