If I could rate lower, I would. In February I paid my bill. A week before I owed anything @ Fox Run, in Conway, I was asked when I would be paying. Im never late and lived here 2 yrs. The Cashier's Check was forged. Didn't even pay to Fox Run. Paid to German St apts. I'm evicted for there mistake and was a civil suit. Now I'm having to pay for their mistake even though an affidavit from Western Union, plus, the police report. I even had the proof of the Cashier's Check! Now over $2000 for one month. Late fees, $10/ day. I was even told wrong on that. They could have even found their own problem but want to take others money.​ read more

They BREACH YOUR LEASe!. Ive been here for 4 years and my lease is about to run out in 3 months and i got my pet a year ago. They are claiming that the pet deposit i paid 300$ i will not get back now it is now a fee.. 3 months before my lease expires .. when my original lease says that it is a security deposit and that all security deposits should be used for damage or given back.but really i signed a paper and gave her all my info and i even have proof of it!!! This form that they lied to have me sign i will be taking care of it myself my family is pretty well off. They now saying after 4 years of being here (perfect tenant. Paid rent early, never once late, no problems from me this whole time, my apartment has no damages!!) and my lease saying that the pet security deposit is an additional security deposit and that all security deposits should be given back or used towards damage.. 3 months before i leave they wanna act like that is not what my actual lease says. I went to talk to them and they claimed that they have been trying to get ahold of me for forever for me to sign this form but i have been in there to sign my lease renewed, they have contacted me multiple times regarding my maintenance request and THEY HAD NO NOTES OF TRYING TO CONTACT ME to sign this animal addendum form from a year ago. I even asked them the first time the little rude girl paula called demanding i come in and sign this form.. she said YOU HAVENT SIGNED THIS FORM AND GIVEN UR DOGS VACCINES you were suppose to last year!!! Mocking me when i asked her to tell me what email address she was sending her email address to so i could send the vaccine forms that i already sent last year. This girl even told me that she wouldn't send it to me through email and me send it back bc they weren't allowed. Lol when i came in the office they were claiming that every time ive signed my lease ive done it over the computer ..acting like they couldn't get a hold of me for over a year. After i signed the form.. it said on top when i should I actually signed it the day i paid my pet deposit... they are saying that i just came in and just gave them 300$ for my pet and walked out! . No i gave that girl tracy my vaccines that i have proof of and signed a paper (LAST YEAR WHEN MY PET CAME TO LIVE WITH ME).. they are trying to cover up a mistake they did on their part. They lied!!! ive lived in the apartment for almost 5 years and it has been a shit show since I moved in the roof on my balcony fell in (due to lack of Maintenace) it took 1.5 years to get them to fix ive had a leak in the roof of my kitchen since i moved in they dont care to fix they put paint on it and say they fixed it the a/c leaks when it works they wont fix 5-6 times a year i come home to a hot ass apartment because instead of fixing it they put a bandaid on a bullet wound my rent is $1065 a month and to play golf on the course i live on is still $75 as soon as i can buy a house i am leaving this shit hole stay away form Lindsey management read more

Have not been in this complex for awhile, my rent increased after my first year. (will be moving on my 2 yr lease date) Management is terrible and needs to staff either older individuals who can handle customer service situations or train the young teens they have running the office. Terrible at following up, getting things fixed correctly, management saying one thing and doing something else just to suffice the situation. When you pay money to lease these units, an obligation is required to do your part management...please do so. Wont even use my energy to waste time telling all the issues I have had in the past ONE YEAR that my family and I have dealt with. This is the worst management company in the history of all property management. I moved out TO YEARS AGO from Fox Run apartment complex. They charged me $150 ON TOP OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT for a "carpet replacement" claiming there was a burn SPOT. I have been trying for two years to get an itemized receipt proving the expenses incurred. I don't believe for one second that they spent that money on the carpet or the apartment for that matter. The apartments were completely run down to begin with. I can't get anywhere with them because anytime I make lei way, there is a turnover in the manager. The complex is nice - the management is a jerk. They may come with great amenities and most of the time they don't even say anything when you walk through their clubhouse, but the overbearing rules make it feel like you're not allowed to use the facility that you are paying for. Took the kids to the pool and afterwards they wanted to try the hot tub. You have to walk from the pool through the clubhouse to get to the jacuzzi. Instead of getting the entire lobby wet I just opened the back door of the clubhouse so the kids could walk in. After the kids walked through, we were met with an angry man scolding us saying "look what you did to the floors! You're supposed to use the front door" Uhm okay, and that would've been better how..? we had a few wet footprints and a couple drips but in no way did we damage or drench the tile. After my response (which was that I didn't want them to get the lobby wet and have them further trail through the club house) he proceeded to snap back and rudely gave me and answer of "well you're supposed to dry off." Thank you smart ass. But did the group of kids who came in before us who did the same thing get yelled at? But was that necessary? Well gee..let me think..no. I am glad my lease is about up. I could not stand living in a place where the staff would speak the their residents like that. read more
