We got the impression after the offer was accepted she was trying to kill the deal at the time of inspection. (We will get to this) At the closing she failed to have required fire documents and initially said she had never needed them in the past. Then when told otherwise by a impartial lawyer blamed our realtor for not telling her. The best was after we moved in there was a message left on the answer machine. It was the realtor saying to her client we were dragging our feet, she had a showing later that day (after our offer was accepted), and she should walk from the deal. We later find out about a year later that in fact their was an effort to kill the deal due to a buyer represented by the Sobran group having interest in the property. Double the commission. My advise steer clear as a buyer or a seller.
