I can't say enough great things!
We have had some nightmare realtors and he is NOT one of them.
We went to look at a small house we were looking to buy and expand. Evan was the sellers realtor that showed us the house. He said, if you want some numbers, let me get a contractor in to talk to you. He had one there for us less than 12 hours later. His hard work and initiative made us dump our realtor and move over to him.
We were terrible clients. Original house we put an offer on was a short sale (hard work and patience required for the buyers realtor). Our house was sold, I was pregnant and had two other littles, and living in a cramped rental. He kept showing us other houses just in case. We were accepted on the short sale which was a gut reno. That deal ended up being a disaster and the sellers were not holding up things from the P&S so we walked from that. We then moved on to another disaster of a house with a bad divorce situation, hoarders, animal poop everywhere... it was a mess but a great investment in an expensive town. He was so funny, kind, and patient throughout the whole terrible mess. We finally closed 2 days before I delivered and the closing was a mess because of the sellers bad divorce situation (woman locked herself in house for our first inspection AND on closing day). The closing that was supposed to happen at 10am didn't wrap up until 4pm due to the wacko sellers. Evan was awesome throughout. Took my husband out to lunch and around town doing fun things while waiting for the lawyers to battle things out. My husband kept saying, you must have better things to do but he stuck with him all day and kept my husband in good humor.
My sister in law is moving back to town where we are and it is her first house (this was our 3rd and not our first rodeo so we know he is good) and we heartily recommended him and would do so without hesitation to anyone who needs a buyers realtor. read more
