In the workshop we learned different techniques to engage one another and to connect at different levels. We came into the workshop as a couple who wanted to add more to a happy relationship which we did, but I can see how someone who has plateaued or gotten cold in a relationship could learn how to reconnect and perhaps rekindle intimacy. Note: The basis for the workshop is Tantra (you remain fully clothed and it is very tasteful) which is an Eastern tradition.
