It is a group practice that has endured through COVID and the Maui wildfires to provide supportive mental health services to the workforce of the Maui community. Access to quality and consistent mental health care is hard to find and we hope to continue to serve our peers, first responders, teachers, families, the hospitality industry, and those displaced in the fires who have been scattered across Maui and outer islands since the disaster. Thank you, Mindful Living Group for your unwavering support. We cannot afford to lose another practice to inflation and managed care that further limits patient options and access to quality healthcare services.

She is a Reiki Master I & II who has decided to share her skills with us fortunate enough to feel her Healing Touch. Those of you who have experienced Reiki and Reflexology understand and appreciate the spiritual and healing effects and sense of relaxation and well being these techniques create. To that end Eve-lynn brings these sessions to you at home so you do not have to drive after feeling so relaxed afterwards. She came to our home in Upcountry Maui for my session. I have had numerous Reiki and Reflexology treatments in the past, but never experienced the depth and spirituality of Eve-lynn's as she connects with your shakras, balancing your energy and creating such a wonderful feeling of well being. Her special touch relieved my stress, and I had a very welcome deep sleep awakening refreshed and balanced. As a hospice nurse, she has used her gift and skill to help terminally ill patients make a peaceful and final transition. How fortunate we are to now be able to experience her touch and enjoy the benefits in our daily lives. Warmest Aloha.

Eve-lynn promised that with her long standing years of professional training not only in reflexology, but also as a Level I and II Reiki master, I would benefit from her healing touch. I just remember being so comforted and relaxed! When I woke up, she had gone (this was performed at our home). I felt relaxed, pain free and at the same time energized and at peace...what a beautiful, soulful, magical gift Eve-lynn possesses. I highly recommend experiencing her gifted touch!

I've known Sally for a while now and can honestly, whole-heartedly, unabashedly say she's one of my…read morefavorite people on the planet. In fact, on some days, she's my favorite person on the planet. Sally is a Reiki practitioner as well as a nutritionist, and I have to admit that I wasn't sure I even believed in Reiki but I was very willing to explore it. Though I originally went to her for a nutritional consultation, we actually ended up skipping that part (after an introductory discussion) and going right to the energy work (the equivalent of treating a disease instead of just the symptoms). Sally's gift is in clarifying the cycle of your thoughts, actions, and energy. What makes her exceptional is her own energy and supremely compassionate approach. It's not hard to describe what a typical Reiki session is like (if anyone is curious), but I'm guessing the overall experience/outcome is really different for every individual. For me, I leave with a greater sense of clarity and peace that makes every day going forward easier. Sally is a true healer and, with every visit, I feel a little more complete, fulfilled, and capable of living a happy, satisfied life. Cool, hunh?

Her energy work is great. She's a wonderful, caring person. I always leave feeling amazing. Here's a review from the person I mentioned above, who has had great success with her on the nutritional/energy side of things: "Whether you are seeking supportive nutritional counseling or soothing, effective Reiki energy work, you will leave your visit on "Cloud 9" in a very calm, peaceful state and surprisingly energized at the same time. For those who are overworked, overstressed, and overweight, like me, I would strongly recommend you try both nutritional counseling and energy work in one long session. In lieu of pushing fad diets and exercise regimens, Sally works with each client individually to find their own unique path and rhythm which motivates each client to move towards a more healthy and sustainable life they envision for themselves. She is not my drill sergeant (though if that works for you I am sure she would accommodate you). For me, she has become the little voice in my head that helps me make better choices in my life: "take the stairs, Jen, it will make you feel good" and "pizza for dinner would taste REALLY good, but remember how yucky you feel afterwards?". Losing weight and making healthier choices for myself are big benefits, but there is so much more to her work. My life is truly expanding and unfolding, thanks to my sessions with Sally."
