Lindora used to be good but their upper management has ruined it. Recently they laid off nurses so the wait times are long now but they did spend money on new body comp machines(instead of people) and some idiot in management spent money on tablets that they have to fuss with before seeing each patient adding more unnecessary time to the visit. There is nothing "medical" about this program. There supposedly are medical personnel but I was never able to see one in the 8 months I went. The staff at the location I went to got very upset with me on my first day because I didn't bring my book in although no one told me I needed to. They also laughed at me when I brought a "pee stick" in from the bathroom and said I didn't need to. Then the next time I came in I was chastised for not providing one and told I couldn't do my check in without it. They assured me when I signed up that I could do the program with "real food", but it isn't possible to meet their "high protein days" goals without their protein shakes, snacks, and meals. I should have known because there is a whole grocery store of their food products when you walk in. Also, when you sign up you get a 3-day period to change your mind, but they don't set you up with the "medical assessment" and approve and explain it in depth until after the 3-days have passed. So once you give them your credit card, you're committed. I'm sure it's a good fit for many people, but ask questions and don't sign up for a long term program until you've tried it out. read more

Im writing this survey to make sure nobody will face what am I going through. A year ago, I came across with Lindora plan to lose weight in this office. First, they tricked me and nobody did tell me If I'm not going to be able to cancel the program. The lady who was helping me out distracted me and I never had a chance to go through agreement. After a month, I brought up my concern about my skin spot that I didn't have before and they told me I'll be ok. After 2 months, I didn't feel ok while I had some digestion issue beside all bruises that I got from injection. One of my friend suggested me to try in different Lindora in different cities and see how it works. Obviously I wasn't happy with the program and specially after while I started gaining weights. All the food and the lose weight powder that they gave it to me didn't work for me. The Lindora doctor gave me an anti-appetite medication. Obviously, I tried to use it for 2 months and after I had many more problems with my digestion I stopped it. I decided to not go there for 2-3 weeks and I started feel much better. After while I was in their one of offices in Pasadena and I explained them what's happened to me and how many time I tried to cancel it and nobody did help me out. They suggested to me to call corporation office and send them email and mail them a letter. Finally, after long hassle, they answered my email which I sent it here. Again, They started bombarded me with their emails and I had phone calls from them to. Today I called the office that for first time I went there and they didn't have clue if I canceled it or not... They were guessing!!! I called them while I didn't get any email or official letter from them about my cancelation and It makes me think maybe something is going off here. While I was reading the reviews and I came up an idea to write it down here maybe they'll contact me. I already called the headquarter in Irvine and left many messages but nobody take my call back. Today I called the same clinic that I went there before and tried to make them accountable. I don't think they'll answer my call. I didn't get any charge from February and I'm not sure If they already canceled or not. I ended up to go to see a doctor and right now I'm using Levothyroxine. I'm wondering they have my blood test done and even they didn't mention if i have any thyroid problem. My body kept alerting me that something was going off and I did trust this people and I thought I'm in a safe hand. I'll keep calling them till Ill have an opportunity to talk to them. I was so lucky that I dropped them. Even I didn't use their service for more than 3-4 months. Even I cant remember while I had the worst experience in my whole life. Please do all your researches, see your doctor and make sure whatever they are using will not hurt you in the long term.
