I popped into this location to look for tire chains after not finding them at AutoZone…read more Upon arriving to the parking lot, the store had a homeless man laying at the front door with various personal items in the walk-way to get through. When inside and speaking with the staff, you begin to feel like they are annoyed of you being there. Customer service is lacking and evident. I had a simple request to ask if they had any tire chains in stock and it resulted in an attitude from 2 male employees from what I assume was because they didn't want to check their inventory in the back. All in all, after them not wanting to look up my car in their system or assist in getting the right ones, I felt they could have handled the conversation piece in a better manner. I will not be returning to this location. Do better. Thanks.

I'm waiting for about 30min in they already have my tires off and one of the workers tries to get me to change my front tire size because "it would look more aggressive" I said nah I'll stick with what my car recommends. 20min after that I see a worker come in with my correct tire size. They should've just let me know they didn't have them instead of waiting. Second to that the tires they gave me were not that great for the price.
