We all (x4 adults and x2 children) ended up spending a hour in this store (WTH?). We left with clothing items, a couple of small toys for the kids and a few other items. We might have left with more items, but we were sizing up what we had already accumulated to place in our already over-packed suitcases. The customer service was wonderful as well! I can't believe this business has not been critiqued on Yelp yet. I recommend this place to locals and tourists alike. Keep up the good job, whomever the owners are!

At first, I saw a few items I liked, but the experience quickly went downhill. My friend and I were not greeted when we entered or when we left, even though we watched other customers receive a warm welcome. Then, I accidentally bumped into something, and instead of checking if I was okay, the staff at the registers laughed and whispered to each other. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I won't be returning. It's disappointing because I came in with high hopes that people here would be friendlier than what I'm used to back home, but the rudeness and lack of basic acknowledgment proved otherwise. We encountered the rudest customer service person you can imagine. She asked us if we had called the number on our card for help. We told her we had but they told us we needed to take care of our bill in a store. She informed us we could not pay our bill with a credit card, which is totally fine, except her attitude and tone of voice were amazing for a customer service employee. She asked how much we wanted to pay and we asked if she could check our balance. She explained that she had no way to see anything about our account including balance, hoe we were supposed to be getting our bill, our billing address or anything to do with our account. Really? She was very rude and should not be in that role. The message about her not having the ability to know anything about my account was not her fault, her attitude was the problem. I will not shop at that store again.
