Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. My sister and I scheduled two pedicures for 3/12 at 6:00 PM the day before. When we arrived on time, the staff said they had no record of our appointment and had to call the owner. After the call, we were told only one appointment had been scheduled, even though I clearly booked two pedicures. They eventually agreed to take both of us, but the staff's attitude made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The technician Sara helping my sister seemed rushed the entire time, didn't properly cut her cuticles, and even left her sitting with wax on her feet for about 30 minutes to assist a walk-in client. Unfortunately, my sister's pedicure wasn't completed properly, which was very disappointing considering we had scheduled our appointment in advance and arrived on time. As a loyal customer, this experience was frustrating and not what I had come to expect from this business. Sadly, it will likely be our last visit. Also, if the staff is preparing to leave by 6:00 PM, it would be helpful for the business hours to reflect that instead of listing the closing time as 7:30 PM.

I was genuinely so touched. I also appreciated the self-dry station. Ari dried my hair a bit, but I had the opportunity to finish using my choice of their array of styling products on the vanity.
