Better places to eat and Lincoln has many other choices. Go to the Hay Market for a great selection.

I love the view in the middle with a nice bar and restaurant. They have a pretty water feature and a half glass elevator. They have tons of rooms and options to choose from. My suite was very spacious and filled with everything I'd need. They have great work station and seating area/ pull out couch in the entry of the room. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. They offer plenty of options and an omelet bar. The 2 included drinks with room stay are a great touch. I love how they have the catering services down to a science. They are very quick to turn over empty trays and refill everything as needed. They also are great at cleaning up after guests and clearing tables. I love that they use real plates as well- no wasting plastic plates and cups that go in the trash! Servers and front staff are professional and kind. They also offer a valet service and have an attached parking garage with fees. I know they also have a decent gym and pool as well

Staff said they would give it to their "engineer" to fix it, so I tried that. Then, when I got it back, the wheel was wiggly and the Assistant Manager said she glued it back on herself. She was very confrontational the final day of my trip when I inquired about what else they could do because I didn't think the wheel was going to say on. The wheel ended up falling off in the airport and my family of five had to deal with the mess. Honestly, all they could've done is knocked something off my bill. Sure, the suitcase is worn but every suitcase looks worn after a few uses. If I would've broken off the wall lamp in a hotel room, I would've been charged a damage fee - not been able to say "well it wasn't new so..." You're in the hospitality business. At least make an attempt to make things right. From the moment this happened they avoided responsibility- it's not like I wanted to deal with any of this. Also, the shower drain didn't drain and the deadbolt didn't work.

Remarkably inexpensive for the high-quality stay, and lots of great restaurants nearby that are also remarkably inexpensive compared to what we used to in Los Angeles. Miles at the front desk was particularly helpful, and he really deserves a raise. My experience here has left me singing the praises of both this hotel and Lincoln in general.

Upon entering, there was a seal put on the door My remote was placed in a plastic bag (liner bags used for ice buckets), but there was visible stains (possibly splash of coffee with cream?), so I decided to wipe it down. The alcohol pads were FILTHY. On the plus side, there is plenty of sanitizing stations placed through the hotel. Hot breakfast was available for $6.95, and is basically a buffet but the staff serves it for you. Service was excellent, and there were tables reserved for social distancing purposes. Unfortunately I think that guests moved these "reserved for social distancing" signs for their own convenience, and a maskless family of four ended up sitting directly next to me, which made me uneasy. I am here on business that requires a 15ft cargo van that would not fit in the garage. The front desk was knowledgeable enough to know the closest parking lot that could accommodate large vehicles. I was very appreciative as I searched for awhile before calling the front desk. It was 2-3 block walk, but it's better than parking in the 2-hr street parking!

It was also nice because we were able to bring two of our pups with us to stay for the night. There was a small fee, but it wasn't crazy. It did seem unclear on the "amenities" for the dogs because it was made to sound like they had dog beds and water bowls there, but they're for purchase. Thankfully we had brought our own just in case. The room was a little off center, so that was a little annoying but everything else was fine. We didn't hear anyone else during our stay but had seen people on our floor so we knew they were at least there.

Did I mention they're dog friendly?! For $75 more--2 dogs max. The front desk and lobby decor was seriously cute, I think the space behind the front desk was my favorite. They have a little coffee shop and cafe in the lobby and a restaurant and bar off the lobby. We've been to the bar after a Husker game and it was great! I'd recommend going even if you don't stay at the Graduate. Check in was simple but I had to go back down for a little flag to indicate dogs were in the room. They don't provide any pet supplies, but they sell bowls for $25 and have some other pet things. The room was very cute and I loved the vibes and the view. The bathroom icked me out a bit, it was old looking and didn't look shiny and clean. It was also super small! The coffee set up was just packets of instant coffee and paper cups. I went to a conference here (the reason for staying), and it was set up really nicely, there were no complaints there. I think for the price ($266 total for one night), it's a poor value for what you get, but if you don't mind overpaying for a good location this is your place.

It has thoughtful amenities (quaint but clean/ nice gym, decent breakfast for a free one and goes until 10 am, and a noon checkout time). Our king room included a fridge, desk area, padded bench seat, open closet area with mini-fridge, iron & board, big TV. Plenty of lights throughout the room. Bedside plugs were 'wobbly' and my device was constantly 'connecting'. There was one usb port in the outlet which kept a good connection. Two roll down shades, one for privacy has a blue pattern that lets the light through and a black out shade that works perfectly. Hooks in entryway for coats, hats, bags. Entry is a big enough area to get in a bit of yoga. Bathroom is a good size. Two sets of soft, absorbant towels. Multi-use personal care items by sink and in shower stall. Shower head has two settings; wide spray or narrow. Good pressure, plenty of hot water, drained well. Very clean, plenty of tp and tissues. Shelf over vanity for personal items. Four hooks in there. Breakfast was nice with juices, pancakes, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, pastry, oatmeal and all the expected add-ons like hot sauce, syrup, jelly, etc. The hotel store has a variety of snacks, drinks and personal care. A water bottle filling station and ice machine are just off the lobby. Ice buckets and cups are located here as well for guest convenience. This hotel has a very fun vibe. The game area reminds me of a hostel we went to in Italy. A place to gather and meet other travelers. Lots of small conveniences that make sense (like ice buckets near the ice machine and bottle filling station). Good amount of parking. Located near shopping and restaurants.
