They said I returned the scooter before the month was up, and that was their reason! That is a pure BS reason!!! They charged my charge card for the entire month rental of the equipment, and BCBS would have paid it in full to them, but they didn't want to be bothered. What the heck does it matter if I returned the equipment a week early? They were charging the same either way. BCBS spoke with the same girl that I had to deal with when I went to their office to rent the scooter, and she acted like I was totally bothering her to ask questions about anything! Pure laziness! I guess they thought since they charged my charge card already then why should they bother making the effort to resubmit the claim!!!!!!!!! Total BS! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

Rude , nasty, liars, never keep patients meds stocked , nor was "told" no one checks to see if meds need ordering from their supplier. When u call corporate about the issues, then pharmacy retaliates against you. I have no choice but to get my meds here . They are horrible, and again all they do is lie for / about their incompetence. So the next level for all the rest of you that have these same horrible issues is to call the state board of pharmacy. Something needs drastically fixed at this pharmacy. And the technicians need to realize they are not more intelligent than some of us. I actually had a few elderly people crying to me in the store by the pharmacy. This is not acceptable. Do something.

I believe one of them, a younger female, is the manager, and gives my mother such a horrible attitude. Even today, the employee in the candy aisle told both my mother and me that all Halloween candy was 50-75% off and that they would mark it down at the register. My mother chose 2 small bags and proceeded to the front of the store. They didn't ring properly so we informed the clerk, a male who was VERY kind, about what the other employee had told us. The rude female manager(I believe) made sure to come up front and told us candy was not marked down. When we stated what the other employee had told us, she went over to that girl, came back up front, and said that the girl was wrong, candy isn't on sale. She has had a consistent attitude the last 3 times we've encountered her and due to this, we have decided to discuss other options with my mother's medicare benefits and transfer her medicine to a different pharmacy. This place always has wrong tags on items and gives a major attitude when you question the price on the tag. Management is disturbingly rude and honestly makes going there an absolute nightmare. We won't return and will actively seek a new place to spend our money.

I also like the option of using the drive thru, especially when the weather isn't great. I've also used the photo service here several times with no issues. The only thing that I've noticed is that lines get long at checkout. It seems like the cashiers are short-staffed sometimes as they have to tend to both the photo counter and the main registers. For a busy location, you'd think corporate would know better!

My husband was in the rehab section of Paramount of South Hills. He received excellent,…read moreindividualized care. Every member of his team treated him with respect and compassion. The entire staff at Paramount were pleasant and helpful and you can tell that they all enjoy their work and that they truly care about the patients. The nursing staff were excellent! While I hated for my husband to have to be there, the obvious dedication and compassion of the staff made me feel comfortable leaving him in their capable hands. My husband received speech therapy, and, in the short time that he was there, we noticed definite improvements in his speech and comprehension. Occupational therapy and physical therapy also were great--both in the services provided and the advice as to how to adapt his environment and his activities. The facility is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the dining and lounge areas were comfortable and inviting. My husband enjoyed a variety of foods and was provided with alternatives if he did not want what was on the standard menu. I'm hoping he won't expect that same variety and flexibility now that he's home. If you are in need of a rehabilitation facility, I highly recommend Paramount South Hills.

I will give it the credit that it's fairly clean (minus the bathrooms. Honestly pretty sure someone has died in there and is decaying in the walls) and easy enough to navigate.
