I took my laptop in, it would not come on and I had already done a bit of work on it. I replaced battery, cords and finally motherboard. Still it would not work. They fixed up everything I had done, put a new lcd cable in it and low and behold my computer was working again. A few weeks later the motherboard started failing.( It was bought from someone else) They were so nice and called and told me within a couple of hours. I told them to replace it with their supplier and I would send the other back and get my money back. They said they could work with the company I used. I said no I trusted their source more. They got my board out and I sent it off, then they got the part in that day. Mike stayed late that day and put the new board in. They called me the next morning and my computer is faster and smoother running than ever! I found this company after reading reviews and the woman said they were so nice. I am so glad I decided to try them. They are not cheap, but they were affordable, and cheaper than office Depot which I have used and do not care for personally. They do charge labor, but were able to keep it under an hour including the the diagnostic, both times I used them. They called as soon as they know what is wrong with an estimate. The first time it was 40 within a day. Then with second time it was 95+shipping for the part. They were really wonderful and made my Christmas. I can not rave about these people enough.

Well, about five or six days ago I started having an ear ache and a clicking noise in my left ear. To make the story short, one of the small domes had come off of the hearing aid and was stuck in the canal in my left ear. I continued to put Hearing AIDS in in each time I would push the left one in further thinking I could hear better but it didn't work. So yesterday I ended up going to the Doc in the box and he said I had something in my ear sent me to an ENT specialist and they pulled one of the hearing aid domes out of my ear canal right next to my eardrum. well, what a relief anyway, I went to the Beltone center in Odessa Texas on Parkway. They were closed at 4 o'clock. I got there at 4:30, but the sign says we are open so I walked in and the nicest lady Windie greeted me with a smile. I told her what I needed to do and wanted to look at Hearing AIDS and she said good we can get you right in. Do the hearing test right now. So short and sweet I walked out with new rechargeable hearing aids and the difference between my old ones, and the new Beltone is daylight and dark. All of the people were so nice very accommodating would definitely recommend. Sandie Stowe was awesome explaining test results. Sorry for the long message but that's the way it is. Here's "why" I chose Beltone. 1 - Great local staff in both Midland (where I work) and Odessa…read more(where I live). I'm 3 months in hearing aids and I looked at the other options and service and availability of service around the country was one of the key decisions. They setup regular scheduled sessions in your first few months to "tune" the devices as you get used to them. You can stop by any location and get help, and they will also clean them for you on a regular basis. The technicians seemed very qualified and my test aligned with other hearing test that I took from 3 different local vendors. Costs were about the same and they handled my insurance as well. Given what I've seen in the first 3 months, I'll probably be working with them for years to come.

Brought it to Battery Joe at the middle of January to get a battery replaced. They "overnighted"…read moremultiple screens because the heat they used broke our original screen. I get it; that sometimes happens, but then they proceeded to break two other screens and returned my iPad to me like this. I spoke personally to the manager to assured me that the screen would be overnighted. It was, then someone used it for another iPad. When they got mine in, they didn't call me to update me. I had to constantly call them. One tech said it was the loose charging port. The other said it wasn't. Then after having my iPad for THREE WEEKS, I finally got a call that it was ready. They also ordered another screen without a home button. You do this for a living. How do you not know what to order? Please keep in mind, this is the third screen. I showed up to pick it up and the excuses started. Ya see, it did start when I called you, but it turned off and isn't turning on. Could you come back tomorrow? Sure! Ugh!! But ok.... Next day. Screen comes in, she broke it. But don't worry, she called me and told me it was ready again. She forgot to mention that she broke the screen again. This time, it's non-repairable. So now I get the pleasure of not being able to access to my iPad to grab my old stuff. Neat. Yes, folks, again. And this picture here is how I took it home. The screen wasn't even attached. I know they went backwards on this one. The excuses started again, but I said ya know, let me just take it today and let's just be done. I've had enough of this run around. When the girl took me to the checkout counter, I asked how much they were actually going to charge me for and she said Word For Word ," well since this was my fu** up, we will only charge you for the battery." Wow. Super professional. She also then had to start searching for prices bc you know, me showing up was a surprise. This was a horrible, horrible experience. I don't know who owns this, but while I was there, they even gave two other customers the run around. If you're looking for the details on this situation if you have cameras, the date is Feb 5, 2024 at 2:00PM. I would rather risk giving my iPad to a local crack head to fix rather than these Yonks. They specialize in excuses, not results. If you are the owner and you do see this, feel free to reach out anytime. Thanks.
