In May of 2023, I attended a wedding near the Rocky Mountains at an elevation of 8,300 feet above sea level and needed to rent a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) and reached out to Liberty Medical and talked to Krista Ritter. She set me up with the O2 Concepts Independence and shipped it to my daughters place in Colorado several days before I needed it. The POC worked flawlessly the whole time I was there, and I returned the unit when we got back home as agreed upon. The rental rates were competitive and the process was smooth. Zero stars. There will be a more detailed review to follow in every place I can find that involves this company. Right now I am more interested in anyone who has been promised a certain payment for their buy back medical equipment, only to have this woman (Krista Ritter--the President) receive the equipment in good condition and try to strong hold you into a significantly less amount. Liberty was initially a mail order oxygen company shipping oxygen tanks and home machines to RV travelers and snowbirds to their various residences. I needed to rent batteries for my Eclipse O2 portable. I kept calling around and all of the companies would only rent the battery with the machine.
