One time when the dr's office called to get the information they were told I was not a client of Aero Care. More recently, I have been calling to order supplies and have been receiving them. Suddenly, I got three bills for supplies that should have been covered by my insurance. When I called to see why they hadn't submitted them to the insurance company. I was told that Aero Care doesn't accept that insurance company. However they waited, and sent me supplies for 6 months without notifying me of that. If they would have notified me at the beginning I would not have had to pay a $1200 bill for supplies out of pocket. I am very unhappy with their service.
