Today, on a Sunday early morning, I had oxygen delivered to my house within an hour of calling. When the hospital and pharmacies said sorry about your luck until Monday. Now that is great customer service. I was treated like family. I didn't even have all the paperwork needed and they said they will take care of it. Amazing!!

Century Medicines, formerly known as Nations Medicines has drastically gone downhill since the…read morebusinesses name changed and continues to decline as of present. The last 2-3 months we have not been able to obtain the full quality of medication as written on the prescription. On two occasions we were turned away because they were completely out of the medication that we couldn't wait several days for & we weren't even gave a date/time of arrival of their med shipment they "didn't know". We have been loyal customers for over 10 years prior to this we encountered zero issue. It's hard even to write this because the girls behind the counter are like family to us. These medications in question are not controlled substances and there are no insurance issues to encounter, they just don't have the medication to cover a prescription anymore & it hasn't corrected itself. Today, even, I picked up refills and on 4 of 5 I was owed a significant quality (one being a blood pressure medication another being an acid reflux medication, etc). We live outside E-town and constantly are having to make trips back to the pharmacy. As a care provider to two aging parents whose medication I manage and having a family myself I will be switching to another pharmacy as much as I hate to leave familiar friendly faces behind. Century Medications is a very clean independent pharmacy where we are greeted by name and treated exceptionally well on a personable level. Staff that have stood it out over the years are amazing and friendly. As a small business they offer OTC products at a much cheaper price than other big chains and even local chains. Some of these OTC products are only carried by their store which is nice. They go above and beyond in friendliness but don't make the cut when it comes to stock for customers that depend on them for their monthly medication needs or current illness. This poses a huge problem.

I worked in retail for years, you simply return to the vendor , I hate to say that anyone lies but in this case , sadly it's true, I pray people read and stay away
