I transferred all my prescriptions to them, because their…read morestaff handles refills and new Rxs wonderfully well with no long waits, using quality products, going above and beyond to be sure I don't go without any meds. They are amazing! The staff is super helpful and I enjoy picking up my meds instead of the dread I used to have with the larger pharmacies with long lines, constant shortage of pills, and treated like a bother if I asked questions. Madison Avenue is different. When I have a new Rx, they point out things such as take It with food or on empty stomach or fitst thing in morning. The notes are on the bottle and they don't mind answering questions. I can't believe I ever used any other pharmacy! They really are the BEST!

This pharmacy is notorious for not listening. They continually call me if I don't pick up my script…read moreright away, even when I tell them I'll pick it up within a week. Recently I found my prescription had run out, and I was not notified, (they filled it with the wrong script). nor was my doctor notified. When I called and pointed this out, they refused to take responsibility, trying to say they had done no wrong. Then they hung up on me. They are lucky I am not choosing to report this negligence. Obviously they don't need the customer's business. Nor do they care. They will no longer have mine.

They have 2 lanes for pick-up at the drive through pharmacy, yet if I am the only one in the second…read morelane, they make you wait until they have served the ones in the first lane, so there is zero advantage to going to the other lane. It's infuriating! At least their pharmacists are polite.

The pharmacy techs are horrible, they are rude in person and over the phone. Ask them a question…read moreand they just stick you on hold without saying anything. It's an ongoing thing for them to be absolutely horrible at customer service. We have to use them for insurance purposes but I would almost rather pay full price for medicine than use them.

They are not on the ball today. Came by, asked for a prescription to be filled. They said they had…read moreto order. Never filled when came in. Ordered on app. Order cancelled. Came in. They could not find the prescription or the medicine. The manager gave me a different prescription instead. Did not listen to what I was asking for. Another tech finally found it. Waiting for it to be filled for 45 minutes with no one else waiting. Got in line and asked again. They had still not even started processing the order. Still waiting. Ridiculous.
