When I drove over there from the doctor, I took my prescription printout to the Pharmacy counter to confirm all 3 scripts had been called in. They said they had. I paid and took the bag to the house and once I got home I realized they didn't fill one of the prescriptions for cough medicine. The next day I called and she didn't apologize for leaving it out, just said "give me 45 minutes and I'll have it ready". So I drive all the over there a second time to pick it up. When I got home I pulled it out of the bag and they hadn't tightened the lid on the bottle so it leaked out in the bag, all over the bottle, onto my hands and spilled on my clothes. I called back and told them they hadn't screwed the lid on and the prescription had leaked out and made a mess everywhere. Again, they could care less, no "I'm sorry". She just said, "Call back tomorrow after 3pm to speak to a manager." So now I have to make 3 trips over 48 hours to get 1 prescription for cough medicine that they fumbled around with twice and they don't even have enough professional courtesy to even apologize? Ridiculous. I've never had such an unprofessional experience at a pharmacy before.

I have been coming here for years and have never had a complaint. All the staff at this pharmacy are friendly and have a calm demeanor even when it's crazy busy and you know they're short staffed. Plus target sometimes give you gift cards for using the Pharmacy. It's a free five dollar surprise every once in a while.

What happened last time was 24 hours later they called me again and said it was ready. I drove back up there. They had the prescription, but it was not ready. I'm not doing this again . There is very seldom someone at the front of the store to help you. There's self checkouts. I have been in that store and shopped and checked out and never saw an employee. If this is what they considered to be good customer service they are highly delusional. I will not be back and I am going to tell everyone I know not to use this CVS.

We ended up having to get it at another pharmacy but were forced to purchase a pill we can't take from them to be able to transfer it an hour away to another Walgreens.
