It was also fairly dry and made without enough tomato sauce/moisture. Plus it took a long time for it to come out from the kitchen. We almost finished our first entree when the paella was brought out. The service staff was nice and professional and we told them the paella was terrible and they were very apologetic. The meat mixed platter we had was awesome so that is why this place gets a solid 2.5 stars. Probably would not come again. So sorry.
