There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was communicative. The only point of feedback I'd have is to ensure that you know what you want done, as he will do exactly what he explains and what you discuss with him. If you are like me and far from an expert (or even knowledgeable) about your yard/sprinklers, ask him and he will very patiently diagnose and explain. Otherwise, if you simply point to *specific* issues, he will expertly take care of them to the exclusion of any more digging (no pun intended.) As an example, there was some collection of water around the base of a repaired sprinkler - he had done exactly what we discussed: replaced the sprinkler itself, but he had not worked on anything around it. Not his fault, and when I asked about it, he explained what the other issue(s) might be. Less scrupulous people probably would've taken the opportunity to upsell me. Even after the work was done, and his payment was in hand, I still found him in my front yard, ensuring that his work was done right and polished. How many people would've done that, instead of just driving off after being paid? I'll definitely be calling Brandon the next time I have any sprinkler issues.
