May is unprofessional, nasty & rude. Dr. Chen, you are losing patients because of your unprofessional receptionist! Keep in mind your patient's pay & keep your business afloat with their insurance. I have had to file a grievance with my insurance because she refuses to schedule me although I am in the network. I have the screenshots telling me that she does not accept my insurance and I provided the screenshots that I am in the network. Will never go to Dr. Chen so long as May is there.

What a pleasant surprise I had when my husband booked me for a refresh at Skin Perfect Whittier. The facility is beautiful and well kept, great vibe calm and clean. The staff is sweet, helpful, and ultra accommodating instantly you're out at ease. The PA Stephanie was extremely kind and informative, and even with explanation of my long history and hesitancy to jump back in, she made me feel at ease. I trusted Stephanie's suggestions for my desired results, and I'm SO glad I did. The experience was as minimally painful, and the result is not overdone. It's natural but definitely takes some years off. I'm so happy with my experience I can't wait to tell all my clients, friends, and family. The doctor was very thorough, polite and listened to me. She ended up removing a few things and sent for biopsy. Since I am a self pay client with no insurance, they explained the costs right there in the spot. Thank you! I would certainly go back for treatment or maybe some cosmetic stuff! Lol.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. When I called they did tell me the original doctor both of my friends recommended is not longer there. He's since retired. So this may explain my next part. On the phone u was quoted 120/140. For the visit and if I choose to have a service the upfront appt fee would be applied to my overall services. When I arrived it was a misunderstanding. Apparently the office visit for my service (Skin tag Removal) was separate. The credit applies to Botox and other such injections. ‍. My service including my consultation was about 300. They said they would bill my insurance for the office visit and I would pay 185. Out of pocket. Post service and the removal of the skin tags I did not receive a followup call to see how I was doing. No instructions, I just looked everything up on the web. Today 3 weeks post- I received a bill from their back office in the amount of 748. With a remaining balance of 31.46 for me to pay. This is a complete misrepresentation of cost I was never told the service we be in the area of. 700.. when I called the office they just referred me back to the billing service. This is what makes the cost of insurance so expensive. Over billing!!! No i wouldn't recommend this business.

Sensational results…read more I never considered cosmetic enhancements in the past. However, time changes things. I was referred to this clinic by a trusted friend so my comfort level was there. It was only reinforced by the technical staff and discussing an individualized plan with the MD. There are doctors who have experience and there are a select few with mastery in their craft. Dr. Mohammedi is one of them. He listened to my desires, was transparent about the advantages of certain procedures and discouraged one of my requests that had the potential for an unappealing outcome. Bloom Medical's equipment they have invested in consists of technology I have never seen. I can conclude they are results oriented, not profit motivated. I have read a couple Yelpers complaining about wait time. Though their process is precise and streamlined, it is not purely transactional. If it were, I would buy a Groupon. Allot at least an hour for your visit if your face is important to you. The one downside is that I have to reregister lockscreen biometrics on my phone. I am beyond satisfied and I know you will be too.

I heard about microdermabrasion through Dr Baugh and finally made the decision to start getting them. I had my second one done by Rosie. She is so sweet and informative when it comes to my questions about micro. Being that I've only got two so far I'm already seeing my skin looking so much better than it did.
