So this may explain my next part. On the phone u was quoted 120/140. For the visit and if I choose to have a service the upfront appt fee would be applied to my overall services. When I arrived it was a misunderstanding. Apparently the office visit for my service (Skin tag Removal) was separate. The credit applies to Botox and other such injections. ‍. My service including my consultation was about 300. They said they would bill my insurance for the office visit and I would pay 185. Out of pocket. Post service and the removal of the skin tags I did not receive a followup call to see how I was doing. No instructions, I just looked everything up on the web. Today 3 weeks post- I received a bill from their back office in the amount of 748. With a remaining balance of 31.46 for me to pay. This is a complete misrepresentation of cost I was never told the service we be in the area of. 700.. when I called the office they just referred me back to the billing service. This is what makes the cost of insurance so expensive. Over billing!!! No i wouldn't recommend this business.

It was only reinforced by the technical staff and discussing an individualized plan with the MD. There are doctors who have experience and there are a select few with mastery in their craft. Dr. Mohammedi is one of them. He listened to my desires, was transparent about the advantages of certain procedures and discouraged one of my requests that had the potential for an unappealing outcome. Bloom Medical's equipment they have invested in consists of technology I have never seen. I can conclude they are results oriented, not profit motivated. I have read a couple Yelpers complaining about wait time. Though their process is precise and streamlined, it is not purely transactional. If it were, I would buy a Groupon. Allot at least an hour for your visit if your face is important to you. The one downside is that I have to reregister lockscreen biometrics on my phone. I was told on my last visit to call in August because PIH is getting a new computer system. So I call and the recording says it's best to schedule online. I tried that and get an inbox message "you can't schedule online." So.....why was I told the schedule online? I called and was told "call back in late September, we haven't opened the schedule for next year because we're getting a new computer system." The patient first way (remember your motto) is schedule in the old system and prior to going live put the appointments from the old system in the new system and not make the patient jump through hoops. Hopefully I do not end up with advanced skin cancer because I could not get an appointment within the recommended timeframe.
