We did not have reservations, the place was fairly empty but we were told that there was not availability other than 2 share a hight top round with a gentleman that is already at the table; we declined. I understand some areas of the lounge being reserved but some should stay open for the general public. Beautiful establishment but our experience does not reflect what we normally experience with cigar lounges, which is inclusiveness. I have been to several lounges before and am a member of a cigar lounge, this experience does not align with the cigar lounge culture.

There's a really slick upscale cigar bar a few blocks away, with the kind of prices you expect to pay at a really slick upscale place. And it's a nice place. C&T's isn't that place. C&T's is a regular neighborhood joint where you can just relax and enjoy a pleasant hour or two with a cigar. It's your corner bar, but with cigars instead of liquor. Nothing fancy here, just comfortable leather chairs, 4 big-screen tv's to watch the games, some music and a well-stocked humidor. I told Jason what I like to smoke and he recommended the Undercrown Maduro Corona. It was very fresh, aromatic, and mild. A little milder than I like, but that's not a fault of the cigar nor of Jason. Just describing the smoke. Nice tight stick, I smoked it more than an hour and there was still some time left in it. It never bit me. Cigar people are friendly wherever they are. As the regular customers came in the only thing that changed was the volume. Nice folks. The refrigerator didn't have what I wanted so I went to the store across the street. There was no issue with that. They don't serve alcohol, I don't know if you can bring your own. I'm sure women would be welcomed, I just didn't see any. Just 5 or 6 guys while I was there on a Friday night. There's plenty more seating, I can imagine it would be a fun, noisy place with 15 or 20 people there. Total cost: $10 bucks for the smoke and $3 bucks for a couple sodas from the store. Money well spent. I won't rate C&T Signature compared to the upscale places, because they aren't trying to be an upscale place. I think they're trying to be your local corner cigar shop, which they did very well tonight.

I went in to purchase a new glass piece. The price was more than I was given with the original purchase. I asked if the store could honor the original sale price to help out with this issue. I was told no and offered no assistance. Bottom Line, the pieces are overpriced. The employees were less than helpful. They could have had a customer for life but instead now I write out this review. Would give it 0 stars if I could based on their customer service.
