All of the western medicine doctors said that there was nothing wrong with me and they could not find a reason for the pain. I also had active breast cancer, but I hadn't started any treatments with my Western doctors yet. Lydia immediately began treating me -- not only for the itching and burning, but also for the cancer. She used moxibustion directly on my breast, special herbal poultices, and personalized teas and capsules that she prepared just for me. For the next 8 months, I only did her treatments. I didn't have surgery, chemo, radiation, or hormone therapy during that time. When I finally went back to my doctors for updated scans, the results shocked them. My PET scan showed that the cancer in my breast and lymph nodes had actually improved, and most importantly, it had not spread anywhere else. The radiologist even wrote in the report as if I had already had a procedure -- but I hadn't. The only treatments I had been doing were with Lydia. I am so grateful for Lydia's care. She has helped my body heal, supported my immune system, and given me hope. I can honestly say her treatments have made a huge difference in my health and my life.

I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately my experience at this acupuncture clinic was deeply…read moredisappointing. From the moment I walked in, the facility felt neglected and poorly maintained. Portions of the ceiling were missing with exposed ductwork visible, and the treatment rooms did not feel fully enclosed or private. The space was cold due to what appeared to be a lack of insulation, and the overall environment felt unkempt. Trash bins were overflowing, countertops were messy, furniture was cracked and scratched, and the walls and carpet looked dingy. It did not feel sanitary, safe, relaxing, or professional. The treatment itself also lacked care and communication. Bing Lin was very brief and did not explain the process, how long the needles would remain in place, or check in to see if I needed anything. There was no offer of heat or added comfort, and there was no calming music or dim lighting -- both of which are common in acupuncture settings to create a therapeutic environment. At one point, he pulled the paper over the table and punched a hole through it with his bare fist where my face would go, which felt unsettling and unprofessional. I left feeling tense, exposed, and uncomfortable rather than relieved. By the end of the session I urgently needed to use the restroom, but based on the overall condition of the facility, I chose to wait until I could find another restroom elsewhere. This experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, professionalism, privacy, or patient care. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve its environment and communication standards for future patients.
