Usually feel the relief results the next day... as follows. I woke up next day Saturday morning at 2:37 AM to a sound that sounded like a car door slamming outside. I thought about getting out of bed and did so about a minute later. I popped up out of bed and walked into main area of apartment. As I was looking out the window I realized I got out of bed unassisted. Didn't need to sit on side of bed warming up ankles doing circles. I can't read the Chinese characters on his phone screen to show him how to fix it. The guy told me to bring my own headphones next time (I tried this once and couldn't relax with two sources of music playing at once). He was clearly unhappy with me. And I was unhappy too, because now I don't want to go back to my favorite massage place. Every massage I have had there was great (except for the danged music).
