We went back today for fittings for my sister's wedding dress, my mom's mother of the bride dress, and my matron of honor dress. All three of us were in and out in an hour and she pinned a BEAUTIFUL bustle design for my sister's dress. She greeted us like family, asked about my husband and step kids, and hugged me like I was a family member she hadn't seen in a year. She still has pictures of our wedding on her computer. I asked the tailor to fit the pants to make them tapered and fitted meaning from the waist , thighs down to the ankles. He said yes no problem. When I tried them on it was awful. He just tapered at the ankle nothing done at the thighs And the taper at the ankle was so tight I could barely get my leg through. Then the one leg is tighter than the other. Omg I would be laughing if I hadn't paid good money for this work. It looks like some badly made HAMMER PANTS The suit jacket.... He just shortened the arms without adjust the shoulder width. This tailor has no idea what to do with suits. I am going back to demand my money back. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. ----------- 6/6/24 11:00am Disappointing all around. Brought in a suit I needed adjusted for a ln event on a certain date. All that was communicated. They promised they could get everything done. Now the company at this location is Blue Mountain Wellness. I had learned this man was originally from Portugal (hence the Lisbon reference) and he worked for many years at Boyd's of Philadelphia.
