I asked the tailor to fit the pants to make them tapered and fitted meaning from the waist , thighs down to the ankles. He said yes no problem. When I tried them on it was awful. He just tapered at the ankle nothing done at the thighs And the taper at the ankle was so tight I could barely get my leg through. Then the one leg is tighter than the other. Omg I would be laughing if I hadn't paid good money for this work. It looks like some badly made HAMMER PANTS The suit jacket.... He just shortened the arms without adjust the shoulder width. This tailor has no idea what to do with suits. I am going back to demand my money back. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. ----------- 6/6/24 11:00am Disappointing all around. Brought in a suit I needed adjusted for a ln event on a certain date. All that was communicated. They promised they could get everything done. Waited for 45 mins while he helped other customers. Had to leave and go buy off the rack for my event. Finally came back for suit and he tried to charge me for work that was NEVER done. Ridiculous.

Almost like getting a haircut in regs. Well I'm not from around here and I came here after being inactive for a few years and had to get my Service Uniforms completely re done. They took their time to understand what I needed and the exact measurements that each patch had to be placed at. They even read the orders with me and took pictures of them just in case. For the sports coats Jimmy's recommendations on cloth, style (1 button sport coat for me), pocket design, lining design (choose from a hundred designs or provide your own pictures for a custom lining) and choice of buttons helped me find my personal style. Next up was a smoking jacket. If you are looking for something special and unusual for a gift (or spoil yourself) this is a great choice. Again guided by Jimmy for cloth, design (jacket with robe tie closing) and pocket design a great smoking jacket was created. I didn't mention 3 three custom embroidered "sayings" you can choose for each jacket. One above each inside pocket and one "secret" location (ask Jimmy). One of my sayings..."It is what it is". Finally, new to Sagets, is their custom shoe line driven by their website. For me a black leather croc design with a ribbed sole and grey shoelaces for a high end casual shoe.
