I had alterations done one time ever in my life and had no clue what reasonable pricing was. She quoted me $205 for a hem/steaming And adding a clasp: After I left I felt it was too much. I asked around and even talked to another highly recommended seamstress All of this within 30 minutes of me leaving her. I messaged her told her my concerns and she offered to lower the price by removing things I needed done. I explained I would never ask a business to adjust their pricing for me I would just like to go elsewhere. She lowered it to $160 but I lost the clasp and she wouldn't adjust the sash. I reluctantly said ok but afterwards I decided to cancel all together and collect my deposit back. Once I asked for my deposit she then told me deposits are not refundable and that the alterations were this price because of the rush. I needed to have back in 3 weeks. I explained none of this was explained before I raised concerns and you cannot just add policies as you go. Ready for where it got really bad?!? Buckle up! She had her husband of speaker phone talking to her indirectly about me. Saying that I am a terrible person that she needs to give me my money back and get me out of there. ( please give me my money so I can leave) He kept repeating that I was troubled and saying I feel really bad for her (me) and that she is a terrible person. Then proceeded to say that I was desperate for money that I needed my $100 back. Keep in mind she had my dress for less than an hour. He seems like a narcissist to be quite honest but I'm not a therapist! finally time to get my dollars back, the $105 I handed her in cash. AGAIN less than an hour before I was verbally abused by her husband on speaker phone.. She told me she had to Venmo me because she did not have it. Ma'am what even happen in that hour you don't have my cash. Asked me to come back in an hour and I said absolutely not... Venmo and don't even try to dispute it. I can't speak on her actual work but customer service 0/10 do not recommend. she will have her husband verbally abuse you.

Almost like getting a haircut in regs. Well I'm not from around here and I came here after being inactive for a few years and had to get my Service Uniforms completely re done. They took their time to understand what I needed and the exact measurements that each patch had to be placed at. They even read the orders with me and took pictures of them just in case. They are very timely and will get whatever you need done completed when you need it. Highly recommend this dry cleaner. (Ps, they didn't even railroad my pants like the previous 2)

I did previously give this place a raving review but I take it ALL back! I can't say enough about…read morewhy you should NOT bring your garments here for alterations. Dry cleaning is decent but nothing above mediocre. The alterations are an absolute nightmare!! I cannot warn you enough to save yourself time and energy please don't use their services. Long story short- took two dresses to be altered. One needed the straps taken up and the other needed the hem taken up. When I dropped off I asked if it could be done by a specific time and they promised it would. Well what do you know, right as I am on my way to pick up they call and say they left the dress at "home". Seriously? I told them I needed it that day for a wedding. So I wait the extra couple of hours and go get my dresses. First dress that they took the straps off they totally butchered and made if WAY too short and it was not done as we measured, they also took a short cut and cut the straps instead of the normal tuck under so the dress is ruined. This beautiful dress can no longer be worn. Second dress, which cost me a lot to TAKE THE HEM up was a shotty job- rips frays and all. Take a look at the pictures and tell me you think this is a decent quality hem. Seriously cannot believe I trusted them with this simple job. I could have done a better job. Worse part of the whole experience was the owners nwphew who was the only one working told me there was nothing they can do. He didn't even look like he cared. It was unbelievable how bad the customer service was and how they didn't care. The owner didn't care either. Moral or the story is that dry cleaning here is a maybe at best but DO NOT have alteration done here unless you want your clothes butchered!

Next up was a smoking jacket. If you are looking for something special and unusual for a gift (or spoil yourself) this is a great choice. Again guided by Jimmy for cloth, design (jacket with robe tie closing) and pocket design a great smoking jacket was created. I didn't mention 3 three custom embroidered "sayings" you can choose for each jacket. One above each inside pocket and one "secret" location (ask Jimmy). One of my sayings..."It is what it is". Finally, new to Sagets, is their custom shoe line driven by their website. For me a black leather croc design with a ribbed sole and grey shoelaces for a high end casual shoe. They are super comfortable and a perfect fit.

Brenda was awesome to work with. Panic was setting in since he was leaving for vacation and needed the suit tailored before then. Spoke with Sue on Monday, and by Tuesday the suit was in Drexel Hill. Sue completely empathized with our situation, and Jimmy was able to get my son all tailored up Weds., and now I can breath again! The suit is really clean-cut and good-looking.
