From the moment they arrived--right on time--they got to work and didn't stop until every inch of my place was spotless. Without me having to say a word, they pulled out the fridge and stovetop and scrubbed behind and under them. Those hidden crevices were left sparkling clean. My landlord was honestly amazed during the final walkthrough. What really stood out was their dedication. They worked long hours without cutting corners, ensuring everything was done to perfection. I had previously dealt with another company that did a no-call no-show, and I considered a few others with slightly lower prices--but I'm so glad I chose Full Cleaning Service. It was 100% worth it for the peace of mind and the incredible results. If you want reliable, thorough, and truly professional cleaners, don't hesitate--book them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Despite having a scheduled appointment, they informed me the cleaners would arrive 30-40 minutes late. I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company.
