I do want to give credit to our driver because he was genuinely trying to make the best of a bad situation. He told us multiple times that he had brought up this AC issue to his boss before and that nothing had been done. Then when I contacted the company afterward, management completely denied knowing anything about it... The company eventually admitted the service "fell below expectations" and apologized, but refused to offer any compensation because they technically "got us where we needed to go." For what we paid, this was completely unacceptable. While he admitted fault and sub-contracted a Bronco SUV on his dime, they managed to make multiple trips to get everyone to the wedding on time. Both vehicles were filthy, a total embarassment to us, and a major disappointment to the bride and bridesmaids. Not what we paid for or expected for wedding transportation. Got an apology, but not even a partial refund. Not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but this situation merits it. Total turn off and damaging to our own reputation.
