THEY ARE A FRAUD I booked a vehicle from this company, I was told they would hold the reservation with 50 percent down, when I booked he took my card information over the phone, then he called me back to get my 3 digit code after he already put the transaction through. He charged the whole 675.00 up front even though he said it would be half to book. A couple of days later I seen there were several charges to several different online stores for 400.00-500.00 per transaction!!! I immediately contacted my bank that closed the card and had to do a claim to retrieve all the fraudulent transactions. The owner is the only person that I gave my card number to with the expiration and security code. It was a new card so it was definitely him. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! We needed to get a client from Fresno to LA, one-way, with only 2 hours notice. Our client was in a lot of pain from a medical condition and could not fly. I was so thankful for Connie at Limo For You, who not only set up the vehicle and driver at very short notice, but also arranged for ice and towels to be on hand to help her comfort. Connie even spoke with the hotel concierge and arranged to borrow some blankets from the hotel. The driver returned them at the end of the long trip. Drivers were great. Owner? Likes to scream at brides on their wedding day. I tried to get him to work a solution and he refused and talked over me. Booked this limo service for my wedding date 9/17/22. I paid and reserved for a hummer limo 6 months in advance. Was told this was a good reliable limo service by my wedding coordinator. I received multiple confirmation calls during my wedding week so I was certain things were good to go. I received a call the morning of my wedding that the limo air conditioner wasn't working & they would upgrade to a party bus! I was so upset but agreed to it as my bridal party, groom & I needed transportation for the wedding ceremony & reception. They then called back to say the AC was working after all & would send the limo. Then they called back 10 minutes later to say the AC wasn't working after all. I was livid! Who wants to deal with that on their wedding day?! And to drive in a party bus?! This was for a wedding, not a bachelorette party! I expressed my frustration & they then proceeded to say they could just cancel the contract. Wow!! So unprofessional & unreliable. So I booked there services for a big event 10 days before. Everything seemed to go smoothly while booking over the phone. The person helping me told me a 25% deposit will be charged on my card to hold the reservation and the remaining balance will be due to the driver. I agreed and that was that. I never received a confirmation email over the weekend like I was told. Worse yet the full amount was withdrawn from my account and when u have certain things accounted for a big event u can imagine the stress and inconvenience that caused. So I racked up over 300 dollars in overdraft fees due to this issue. My bank worked with me luckily all they asked for was a letter from the business to confirm their mistake. My wife called to see what they can do and how the problem happened. They blamed everything on me that I misunderstood and did not take accountability. She made a comment that maybe people need to be trained a little better and it obviously was taken personally because the owner cancelled my service with a full refund 4 days before our event. That only added to the stress we where already under. I stated to the owner I wanted to keep the services all I needed was a letter from them to correct things at my bank. He said they have the right to refuse service and he did. So I got a picked up a check and the letter I requested. At least they gave me the letter to fix their mistake. I was told the party bus would seat up to 40 people. We squeezed in 28 and had to have 4 cars follow us. On the way back from the wedding reception 20 people opted to go back on the bus due to space and comfort. Others hitched rides. I had another company that was going to be $1,.000 less, they were up front and said realistically 22 people could comfortably fit. My mistake for believing the bus would fit more. It would pick them up from school and take them to Chuck E Cheese's, then deliver them home at the end. Well, the girls were picked up in an Escalade SUV. I was told John the driver was exceptional. I had very high hopes for this losing service. When I called for a limo they very nice and accommodating. My family and I met them the day after and Rick was very nice. He showed his limousines and they are in great condition. Exactly what we pictured for my sister's event. We explicitly said we wanted a white hummer limo. We left a deposit and it was set. We got a phone call the week before to confirm the reservation and I could not hear the woman on the phone that well and I thought they wouldn't get it wrong. When the limo came, it was a black hummer limo. We talked to the driver and on the document it did not mention a white limo. The limo did not fit the aesthetic of our color theme. My brother called Rick and asked to see if there was any chance for a discount since they brought over the wrong limo and there was no time to get another one. He was not giving us a break. I am appalled at the level of service I received from the company. Especially during such a busy season. I reserved a limo with this company on April 20. My reservation was documented with an email confirmation and a credit card deposit. My reservation was confirmed before the event. This was confirmed with an email and a telephone call. Although confirmed multiple times, The day of the event the driver arrives in an old 2007 Ford Excursion that reeked of stale cigarettes and urine. Of course what can you do when you have a group of teenagers anxiously waiting to go to their only senior prom. I was promised a "NEW SUPER STRETCH LINCOLN 2012" instead we got an old smokey, urine smelling Ford Excursion and when I attempted to contact the owner; I was cursed out and called derogatory names. Overall a bad experience with this limo company. No sense of customer service. I should of known to cancel the bus when the lady called and had both the pick up and drop off locations wrong. The bus driver seemed to slam on the breaks at every stop sign. Also took twenty minutes to count the money before letting us on the bus which put our whole schedule behind and they ended up charging me $125 for an extra half an hour without letting me know they were going to take it out of the bank.
