After calling several places in town for a limo service , limo for you had the best customer service and actually cared about my business. When I inquired, he offered to send me a photo of the limo so I could see, I thought this was a great way to make a connection with a customer. It was an easy process to book. Our driver arrived on time , I surprised my friend on her birthday. It was a perfect way to get around town carefree. It was a birthday to remember !!! Will use a limo for you for any future parties or events read more

Reserved the stretch limo for a sweet sixteen birthday. It was the only thing we could come up with at this time and so happy we did. The whole experience was organized and easy. Melinda in the office was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Joe the driver made me feel comfortable sending a group of girls out and they had a blast! Everything was on time. They made a quarantine sixteen birthday unforgettable. Thank so much! read more

PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A FRAUD I booked a vehicle from this company, I was told they would hold the reservation with 50 percent down, when I booked he took my card information over the phone, then he called me back to get my 3 digit code after he already put the transaction through. He charged the whole 675.00 up front even though he said it would be half to book. A couple of days later I seen there were several charges to several different online stores for 400.00-500.00 per transaction!!! I immediately contacted my bank that closed the card and had to do a claim to retrieve all the fraudulent transactions. The owner is the only person that I gave my card number to with the expiration and security code. It was a new card so it was definitely him. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! Rent from anywhere but NOT these FRAUDS!!!! read more

This company came through in our client's hour of need and I am very thankful to them and to those reviewers on Yelp! who steered me right. We needed to get a client from Fresno to LA, one-way, with only 2 hours notice. Our client was in a lot of pain from a medical condition and could not fly. I was so thankful for Connie at Limo For You, who not only set up the vehicle and driver at very short notice, but also arranged for ice and towels to be on hand to help her comfort. Connie even spoke with the hotel concierge and arranged to borrow some blankets from the hotel. The driver returned them at the end of the long trip. Our client's trip was as good as it could be, with a caring helpful driver who stopped whenever she requested. I highly recommend this company, their service is superb. Thank you, Connie! read more

Drivers were great. Owner? Likes to scream at brides on their wedding day. I tried to get him to work a solution and he refused and talked over me. It caused my mom to arrive two hours late to the reception because she had to troubleshoot for them. Wouldn't even recommend as a last resort for transportation. read more

We wanted a party bus to pick up the bridal party from my best friends wedding and get everyone home safely and I am so happy we chose Limo for You!! Anthony picked us up, he was 30 minutes early because the venue was so far and he wanted to make sure he could find it. He was so accommodating, friendly, and genuine. He took us wherever we wanted (even by the liquor store & to get in-n-out) and dropped everyone off where we wanted to go. I would choose you again and again, limo 4 you! Thank you!! read more

Booked this limo service for my wedding date 9/17/22. I paid and reserved for a hummer limo 6 months in advance. Was told this was a good reliable limo service by my wedding coordinator. I received multiple confirmation calls during my wedding week so I was certain things were good to go. I received a call the morning of my wedding that the limo air conditioner wasn't working & they would upgrade to a party bus! I was so upset but agreed to it as my bridal party, groom & I needed transportation for the wedding ceremony & reception. They then called back to say the AC was working after all & would send the limo. Then they called back 10 minutes later to say the AC wasn't working after all. I was livid! Who wants to deal with that on their wedding day?! And to drive in a party bus?! This was for a wedding, not a bachelorette party! I expressed my frustration & they then proceeded to say they could just cancel the contract. Wow!! So unprofessional & unreliable. I definitely will not be using this limo service again & if needed for an important event I would highly advise against it either!! read more

So I booked there services for a big event 10 days before. Everything seemed to go smoothly while booking over the phone. The person helping me told me a 25% deposit will be charged on my card to hold the reservation and the remaining balance will be due to the driver. I agreed and that was that. I never received a confirmation email over the weekend like I was told. Worse yet the full amount was withdrawn from my account and when u have certain things accounted for a big event u can imagine the stress and inconvenience that caused. So I racked up over 300 dollars in overdraft fees due to this issue. My bank worked with me luckily all they asked for was a letter from the business to confirm their mistake. My wife called to see what they can do and how the problem happened. They blamed everything on me that I misunderstood and did not take accountability. She made a comment that maybe people need to be trained a little better and it obviously was taken personally because the owner cancelled my service with a full refund 4 days before our event. That only added to the stress we where already under. I stated to the owner I wanted to keep the services all I needed was a letter from them to correct things at my bank. He said they have the right to refuse service and he did. So I got a picked up a check and the letter I requested. At least they gave me the letter to fix their mistake. Found another limo service and things worked out for us at the end. Be careful when dealing with this business. read more

My sweet Little Nine year old cousin was having a birthday. I wanted to make it the most special one yet. I thought a limo ride with all her friends would be super fun. I googled limos in Fresno California. Limo For You sounded great. I live in Portland Oregon. So, I wanted to make sure it went great without me!!!. I called over a month in advance and talked with Rick quite a few times. I made all the arrangements with my cousin's mom. I ordered a stretch limo that would hold about 10 little girls. It would pick them up from school and take them to Chuck E Cheese's, then deliver them home at the end. Well, the girls were picked up in an Escalade SUV. I was told John the driver was exceptional. I was told they had the BEST time. They loved the fun, colorful interior lighting. The music played was fun and very much the kind they like, whatever that is. hahaha. The complimentary upgrade was very much enjoyed. I strongly recommend Limo For you. read more

This was our first time taking a limo. We went as a family to see the Christmas lights around town and just relax. It was such a fun experience and the kids loved it. We would do it again, probably every year. Our driver was very friendly and flexible. read more

I would give 5 stars except my quote was ignored. I called after not hearing back for 3 weeks with the quote. Connie was the greatest and took care of all of the details. We had a luxury van this year since some of us have a little trouble getting in and out of the limo. We were picked up exactly on time in Visalia and greeted by George. He took great care of our party of 8. This was for our family to go out to Christmas dinner and then open presents at my sons home afterwards. Thank you for another great Christmas tradition! read more

I was told the party bus would seat up to 40 people. We squeezed in 28 and had to have 4 cars follow us. On the way back from the wedding reception 20 people opted to go back on the bus due to space and comfort. Others hitched rides. I had another company that was going to be $1,.000 less, they were up front and said realistically 22 people could comfortably fit. My mistake for believing the bus would fit more. Bait and switch in my eyes. I have called 3 times to discuss and no call back. If you have 20 people then it works. Don't believe you can fit 40 read more

I've used Limo For you for a few events and recently used them for wine tasting. Our driver Don knew some great wineries other than the popular ones in Madera and Fresno. I highly recommend them for any event you might have. They book up fast if there is a special even so don't wait until the last minute. read more

I would not recommend unless you want your daughter stressed out on her wedding day by a call from the owner who was rude and who didn't give his drivers the ability to problem solve. I had to solve the pick up problem and was late to the reception because of it. The office staff and drivers were great. The owner said no one should hassle a bride on their wedding day, but he did just that. He was awful. - Mother of the Bride. read more

I had very high hopes for this losing service. When I called for a limo they very nice and accommodating. My family and I met them the day after and Rick was very nice. He showed his limousines and they are in great condition. Exactly what we pictured for my sister's event. We explicitly said we wanted a white hummer limo. We left a deposit and it was set. We got a phone call the week before to confirm the reservation and I could not hear the woman on the phone that well and I thought they wouldn't get it wrong. When the limo came, it was a black hummer limo. We talked to the driver and on the document it did not mention a white limo. The limo did not fit the aesthetic of our color theme. My brother called Rick and asked to see if there was any chance for a discount since they brought over the wrong limo and there was no time to get another one. He was not giving us a break. We paid the driver the rest of the payment. And I can absolutely say I will never use their limo service again. read more

I am appalled at the level of service I received from the company. Especially during such a busy season. I reserved a limo with this company on April 20. My reservation was documented with an email confirmation and a credit card deposit. My reservation was confirmed before the event. This was confirmed with an email and a telephone call. Although confirmed multiple times, The day of the event the driver arrives in an old 2007 Ford Excursion that reeked of stale cigarettes and urine. Of course what can you do when you have a group of teenagers anxiously waiting to go to their only senior prom. I was promised a "NEW SUPER STRETCH LINCOLN 2012" instead we got an old smokey, urine smelling Ford Excursion and when I attempted to contact the owner; I was cursed out and called derogatory names. I was even threatened to drop off the kids and not take them to their prom. I MUST SAY THE OWNER LATER SHOWED INTEGRITY AND GVE ME A FULL REFUND!!! read more

Connie and Rick were so helpful and answered all my questions and returned calls right away. Connie made sure we had the destinations verified prior to the day of the event. The driver Gabe was very professional and friendly. He arrived at the church right on time.He went over all the rules before the kids got in just as I had asked of him. They made sure my cousin Natalina had a great quincenera. I would definitely recommend this company for your special event. read more

We were given an opportunity to get limo service from this company for a work event downtown. Our limo driver's name was Chad; he arrived early, was positive throughout and gave great service. He picked up everyone and dropped them off on time. The limo was cool, clean, and filled with beverages. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend them! read more

We had a fantastic time last night in a beautiful Lincoln Super stretch limo! The limo was immaculate & well stocked with beverages & extra ice. Our driver John showed professionalism & experience. After comparing prices & vehicles from other limo companies, Limo For You had the best vehicle selection & quality. I highly recommend this company. read more

Great cars, great service, dependable and fantastic service! I highly recommend Rick and Connie for all of your car service needs!!!

They are the best! Customer service was amazing! Our charter bus did not show for an 8th grade field trip. After many many phones calls to bus companies we called Limo For You. They were able to get us a bus within an hour and kids are on their way! Thank you so much!!!! read more

Overall a bad experience with this limo company. No sense of customer service. I should of known to cancel the bus when the lady called and had both the pick up and drop off locations wrong. The bus driver seemed to slam on the breaks at every stop sign. Also took twenty minutes to count the money before letting us on the bus which put our whole schedule behind and they ended up charging me $125 for an extra half an hour without letting me know they were going to take it out of the bank. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more
