I used this company one year and had numerous issues. After a number of emails requesting assistance to have my complaints resolved, no response was ever received and the complaints were never address. Now I continue to get emails from this company after asking them more than once to remove my email from their email list. Good luck getting them to comply with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation! read more

Hello Vladislaw and Pavel, We don't know what happened. You didn't show up yesterday, February 11th, 2019 after you gave us two time-slots. One to be done in the morning, the other to be done before noon. As we had many owners complaining, we had to hire another company to do the work. You were in breach of contract and therefore we cannot afford to have you service our strata anymore. Strata Council BCS862 read more

Our Century 21 Property Manager recommended we contract with Limitless for the 21/22 winter season. We are a condo in Langley BC. The experience so far is disappointing. They show up when there is no snow and charge us for snow removal. They hand spread salt sparsely and do not salt our stairs or to the end of our property on the public sidewalk. They usually salt just before it rains or during falling rain resulting in them having to salt and charge us every day. Our owners have ended up having to shovel our sidewalk, stairs and entryway because they do not show up when there is snow. I would NOT recommend using this Company. read more

We were out of town and suddenly the weather changed and a heavy snowfall occurred. One of our neighbors informed us about the situation. Limitless Snow Removal was advertised on our local news channel the day before this major snowfall occurred so I approached Limitless Snow Removal and they provided premiere service. I got the quote (a little pricey) and accepted. The guy came right out and did a quick, great job and did all that I normally do myself including the walkway, the path to the bird feeder, and the path to the garbage cans. They communicated with me by text and phone throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for any type of snow removal service in Vancouver. read more

Such a great service by Limitless Snow Removal company. I had to call my regular snow guy and it's hard to find snow removal for single-family homes. I used Limitless Snow Removal's service just south of downtown Denver last fall. My friend told me about this company. I put in my request, they sent a picture of the guy who would be on my property and an estimated arrival time. Their team appeared when they committed and they took before and after photos. Sidewalk was shoveled appropriately. So these guys are my NEW "snow guys!" Will use these guys again without hesitation. read more
